Lori is always the most excellent employee. She has amazing customer service always, Every, Single, Time. She is accurate with her work. She is friendly and so outgoing. She is Always a pleasure Every, Single, Time I come in. She is just great! She makes my day happy. She brings a happy light in my day. It really means a lot.
I shop here several times per week. I live right across the street. I live right around the corner so I see her a lot!! I am grateful for Lori's customer service. I do not have a big family or friends and rely on her for happiness.
Nick was great, in produce, when I questioned him about the produce. He stated that the produce is better now that he had more people are under him. This is good, bc I've been going other places for produce, but will go back to jewel bc of nick and his confidence about the produce. As long as I do not continue to see moldy produce and old produce, I will be back instead of going to Pete's and Nature's Best in westmont again. I will drive to westmont, nature's Best, just to get produce bc of Jewel not having quality produce so i hope they get better and stay VERY high quality. Nice that Nick was so confident. Lori, thank you for every time that you make my experience great.

Well stocked. Decent prices. Used to be the only game in town but lots of competition has come to the area within past 10-20 years. da Jewel's still holds its own.
Wonder how the merger with Mariano's will go. Hopefully no price-gouging... Inflation is bad enough!

Very clean, quick in and out. Don't seem as it be busy which is a shame. Jewels prices are some what in the middle depends what you looking for and there shelf are more stack than most stores I been in.
Plus I'm bias a customer of jewels sense the 70's

I have absolutely made this my only go to store. I recently tried the grilled and fried chicken from the deli section. Now they have become my only go to for chicken in my area. Its the Best around here. Not to mention the deals i receive from the rewards app.

Produce is historically good, but just needs to be checked before buying. Staff is friendly and very helpful (especially Ben, whom I find most easily when shopping in the evening) and I can find my way around most of the time, even when looking for something new.

Even after the remodel/product shuffle, I am able to find my way around. They've had some great deals lately, so I recommend the Jewel app.

Fully stocked shelves, plenty of employees working to keep things running smoothly and store was very clean !

This location of Jewel Osco has been here since I moved to Darien in the early 90s. They were great back then and they are still thriving today! The place is squeaky clean, checkouts are a breeze, and you can get almost anything you expect to find at a super market.

Who ever handled my order did a super great job. Everything was as I ordered it. I wanted “green” bananas and they were perfectly green. Much better than Instacart except I had to pick it up myself but worth the effort. I presume the individual that picked the order was a Jewel employee and that made the difference. Will certainly use your services again.

Very nice store. Not too large, and contains a lot of the basic staples and other goodies. Deli seems nice. Great prepared salads and produce.

This Jewel is fabulous, produce department is great! The whole store is clean and the aisles ate nicely laid out. There are a lot of Jewels in our area., this is One of the best. Service with a smile as always. Live this location.

I proudly say this is my Jewel of choice. Bakery needs some friendly tweaks but overall this store has some of the best meat dept ppl you'll ever meet. Some of the most helpful on the floor clerks and the best fresh products. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you. And I love their cashiers.

Alot of great friendly staff, we go there about 2x a week 😅 Much rather go to Jewel on Cass for meat and produce than Walmart on 75th start that's for sure!

I had ordered fresh orange juice bottles and they had it ready on time and the associate also helped me and brought boxes for keeping the bottles in it ☺.

Yup, it's a Jewel. They have GREAT fresh produce and plenty of food options for grocery shopping. Great selections for fresh cuts of meat and fish, too. Staff are friendly and helpful, and I'm happy they now have expended self-checkout, since I only ever come in for a couple items at a time anyway

The Jewel is clean and has adequate parking. They have the best meat department in area. The employees go the extra mile for the customer. They are handicap accessed with motorized scooters.They assist with take out to vehicles. Outstanding produce section and also Organic sections in all departments. The Managers are outstanding and provide friendly customer service. I been shopping at Jewel for. 30 years. Don't forget the Bakery! Warm baked bread and oh those Cakes. The best in town.

I was just in this jewel tonight. When I got home an checked my bags for a few items they were missing. I called the jewel immediately and told them. She told me to come back in an they would replace them. I didn't get her name but she was so polite and replaced my items.items. I am very grateful for that thank you.
