Whole Foods Market

This was my first time shopping at Whole Foods and I left wanting one thing… to have one where I live. It's a beautiful store that's well-maintained and offers an extensive selection of items I've never seen anywhere else. I almost gave only 4 stars due to the pricing but I realized that wouldn't be fair. They do seem to value quality and respectively charge more for it. That's something for which I shouldn't discount them though. I would definitely shop there for specific things but I wouldn't have them as my go-to grocery store for everyday items.

I ordered a cake for my sons smash cake session & it was absolutely perfect!
I ordered two more cakes for my sons first birthday party, and when i came in to pick up my order, the staff was having a hard time finding my order form.. apparently the cakes weren’t placed with the form.. regardless, Anne jumped in to assist with the situation & was able to find my cakes, and was very apologetic for the confusion, there was also an issue with the frosting being too high for the lid and Anne was able to help make that right as well.

My family is very thankful for Anne and her quick thinking, my cakes were perfect for the party!

I never have been in. Whole Foods before and I must say I was impressed with how clean and well stocked they are. The prepared foods area is chock full of delicious items and smells so good. I made the mistake of walking in there hungry!
I do have to say I was disappointed with the prices as they are VERY High but you do get quality for what you pay.

I always shop at this store. I have been going there for the past 7 years. I buy all my groceries there.. last Friday after I left the store my car got stuck in the snow. It was dark and I was alone. Jeff helped me out the snow. He tried everything he could to help me out..just wanted to thank him for helping me . If I had million stars I would give it you.

Just went in tonight to get two walnut brownies and raspberry oatmeal bars in the bakery section. I went over and saw that there were none and then a nice lady working in the bakery named Claire asked if I needed any help and I asked about the Raspberry oatmeal bars and she said that they still had some in 4 packs out on the table. There were two packs left and she checked to see which one had the best date on it to give me fresh ones. She has also helped me out before with raspberry oatmeal bars. She remembered me from last time and said she wanted to help me out because I was one of her returning customers. I told her she made me feel like VIP. She is so kind, caring thoughtful with a beautiful smile and a great attitude. Whole Foods in Rochester Hills. Please keep Claire from the bakery. A+ customer service right there.

Clean, amazing experience, food is always great and staff is kind and helpful. Love coming here and glad it's close to us. Now whenever we move we look for a house close to WF.

Whole Foods is the place to go their meat are not filled with growth hormones antibiotics or nitrate. They are always concerned about the quality of thier meats for thuer customers. This is how I grew up free of pesticides and chemicals in my food. Chickens with corn fed cows were allowed to graze on the grass wrong free that was the normal now to get that type of quality they say it's organic but I'm old enough to remember when that was the norm but I still think Whole Foods for providing that Adam extra cost I understand but thank you.

The staff is awesome and caring. I don't like that it's owned by bezos and amazon. But I can see why they bought it. There's a lot of good products but the prices are high.

You have to learn to buy five or six products, you can't just go in there blindly or you are going to pay the price. I'm a sucker for juice, the pre-made food is good, I love the cranberry tuna, the pizza is fantastic on whole grain bread; which doesn't give me acid reflux, and the pre-made Chicken sandwiches, vegan burritos and other things are a joy. Definitely great, as long as you know beforehand what you're going there to buy.

This is my favorite supermarket. The food is outstanding. There are so many organic things to buy. Please try the salmon. This supermarket also has avocado rolls, which are outstanding. My parents love this place.

The cake that they have is very fresh and amazing, definitely not like any other store cake that you would get. Food sells mochi including dairy-free mochi that you cannot find a other stores. It is very clean never had any issues with service or food.

This place is awesome. Very reasonable prices on a lot of things like produce, and they offer more options.

Amazing store . More organic variety than you will find anywhere else . Prices are ok, don’t except to save . But this is quality food.

I don't come here regularly, but when I need things for a recipe I'll pop in. I was looking for some saffron threads, and Francine really went out of her way to help me find it

I always love shopping here... however, since Amazon took over it lost some of its appeal. There are many products that they dont have anymore. Some prices did go down though. Still, it is the best place to get a larger selection healthy food.

Since being purchased by Amazon in 2017, many items are priced lower while still maintaining the same quality.

Nice place for fresh vegetables and fruits. You will find your organic choice at plenty. The "make your own snack" is a plus here. Nice calm ambience. Wine lovers can try here. Just adding, Amazon drop facility is cool and fast.

Store is always spotless and stocked. Hot food bar is always wonderful. Always met with a big friendly smile by employees. I asked for help getting a case of Hemp milk today and he was so friendly! On my previous visit the barista informed me of the discount if you buy a case! I love it here.
