The UPS Store

The people in this store are so customer oriented and friendly. The one woman stops any busy work she is doing to help a customer, and that is unheard of these days. Plus it’s so easy and convenient to get to, even with 70 traffic/construction. Highly recommend! Always a pleasant experience.

I cannot say enough kind words about Chris, Brenda, and their family! I frequently make large shipments a few times a month and this place has been a complete life saver! They have been above and beyond accommodating with staying open past their closing time, helping me carry boxes from my car, helping me package, and being fast and organized. Their service is genuine. I will not go to any other shipping facility - this is my favorite spot!

Brenda Ingleton went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed from Passport Photos to Notarized Documents. I cannot say enough good things about this store, it's a pleasure to be a customer here.

Whenever I am there, i am greeted with a warm and friendly experience. They help with packages and faxes and I actually go out of my way to come to their store because of their professionalism and efficiency. The couple are both pleasant.

The two people who work at this store are some of the kindest people I’ve encountered at any business establishment. Guys, don’t even look at the bad reviews, I’ve met the nicest person that I’ve seen in a post office: Brenda. Unless you are an idiot and ask for something ridiculous that they can’t do , this place and that person will provide you a great service.
