The salesperson that helped me, Julian, was such an engaging, respectful, informative and helpful person. The visit truly was a terrific experience. He made me smile and I left feeling confident about my purchase decision.

Syed was great - he's been helping my family and I for years! He greeted my daughter and I as soon as we walked in the door and took care of us right away! He is very knowledgeable! He is great at what he does!!

Excellent customer service! Julian White, manager, was there and assisted his team when they requested. They were technically savy, and the perfect plan was chosen for me. Definitely referring others to this location.

5 star for this store. Milly was the manager worked with me and resolved my issue. I've already visited 2 other at&t store before coming to this store. Including those 2 store and customer support(611) were not able to resolve this issue.. in AT&t chat rep. asked me to visit this store and told my issue will get resolve here. I am completely satisfied..it took longer but Milly went extra mile ahead and resolved my issue by connecting to the required person. I definitely suggest everyone to go to this Corporate store for any need.. you will not be disappointed.

Blaise was very kind, patient, and had a great personality! He was so helpful while also cracking us up the entire visit there!!

Love this AT&T store because their team is amazing especially Lily. She was so knowledgeable and patient. Due to her product knowledge and personality, we updated all our phones plus got Apple Watches. Customer Service is excellent!!!

The whole team at the Hamilton Marketplace location is kind, educated, and they get it done! After me and my fiancé had issues porting our numbers over, they did everything they could to help us! I was very impressed with Bopha’s commitment to customer service. She was welcoming, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was also impressed with her patience since I had brought a long list of questions. These days, I have encountered a few customer service and sales people that have been less than helpful. It was refreshing to find a company that continues to hire only the best and brightest. She went over the plan differences and explained why switching to 5G is the better option and supports the new devices. This is the only AT&T I would ever go in. They are beyond helpful here. Trav the manager was also very helpful with explaining the new perks we get with the 5G, HBO Max plus AT&T TV for one mind-blowing price. You won't regret coming here.

My daughter and I went to this ATT store in Hamilton, NJ and had the best experience. I highly suggest using this store instead of the ATT store in Burlington! Great customer service. Staff was patient during the process of porting my business services from another carrier.

We were due for phone upgrades and Asia took time to sit down and discuss the best options for changing plans and upgrading our phones.

She made the process seamless and stress free. She was very thorough explaining all the details of our upgrades.

The store has plenty of hand sanitizer and we felt safe all employees and customers were wearing masks and they Didn’t allow for overcrowding which made us feel safe.

Freddie is great because he takes his time and tailors the service to your needs. He helps you find the best deal for you. All of the staff care about customer service. There is no pressure and he is not pushy. Freddie is truly about the customer. I highy recommend coming in to the AT&T Hamilton Marketplace store to see Freddie and his staff. You will not be disappointed. I've been with AT&T since 2001 and I have no plans to jump ship.

Was very happy with the service Bopha provided my fiancé and I. We were there for a few hours and she was always willing to help and answer any questions we had. Bo was patient and so personable! While we didn't directly work with other employees, they still were engaging in conversation and pleasant to be around. 100% would recommend this store.

Went to AT&T just to inquire about upgrading. Ended up going home with and upgrade and an Apple Watch! Asia was so great! Totally explained everything and saved me money too! And she went out of her way to get me the Apple Watch that I wanted! Been an AT&T customer for years and this is why I stayed with them. Great customer service! Thank you Asia!

Yasmarie did a fabulous job, and was super helpful!! My family was able to trade in our phones for new ones, solve account issues with her, and she was cheerful, friendly, and personable the entire time. We will definitely be coming back again!
