County Line

I just love the little lady that works there, she is the nicest person always has a smile on her face is a treat to talk too! Knows exactly where things are takes good care of the place and the customers too!

New lady at the counter with the tattoos has been extremely rude, aggressive, and has verbally assaulted me and other guests of the store on multiple occasions. I have lived here for years and never experienced this type of unprofessional and unpleasant behavior. The owner is not physically present in the store and I have been unable to contact him regarding this employee.

I have been going to the store for years and never in those years have experience such rudeness and absolutely terrible customer service. I was told for the 1st time in years that the drive-through from County line is only for handicap people then after she refused to give me my card back. Second incident she placed my card on the window outside and then slames the door in my face without letting me know that she gave my card back( placed on the window outside. I live 2 streets away and as I thought this was a convenience store the more I go and she’s there the less convenient it’s becoming.
