So, I love Chattanooga Vapor Co. Always have, always will...VERY friendly, super helpful, very knowledgeable & HONEST!!
I trust them with everything vape related (including disposables) plus all the gummie/edible stuff, flowers & extra goodies ;).
Highly recommend the staff at this location, couldn't ask for a better vape shop SO close to my house. Selection is huge & they're willing to sit & take the time to explain everything! They also have a great rewards system! I've saved SO MUCH $$ with their program & all u do is give them ur phone number at checkout & they'll tell u your balance & do everything needed. Nothing extra is needed from me when I get home. I have never had to go thru their point system for an hour trying to get enough for it to actually be a valuable "extra" Super convenient and real rewards w/o zero effort.
Oh & their hours are great if you're forgetful (like me) & have to run to the shop later in the afternoon. This location is open after 7pm every night except Sunday. I think they close at 7pm on Sundays, but you can always double-check that by looking at hrs on website, calling or looking at about section on Google.

Me and my husband come here all the time as we live nearby. Eric and Austin are amazing employees and always give us a great experience. Eric is always giving the best suggestions and best customer service, this man deserves a promotion.

My son went there and they were helpful and kind. They have good products if you vape.

I've been going to Chatt Vape Soddy for a while now and I've never have a problem. Austin and Eric always have the best ways of explaining things to where I can understand. Great store. Great management. I really loved being the store manager at this location and I regret leaving daily. Nothing bad to say about this location it was home for me for over a year. Austin is doing great as the new manager and my boy Eli is killing it too!

Friendly as hell staff, great selection of vape juices, vape devices, and strengths. They help you understand how to use the devices and even help you decide which flavors you might like depending on your taste. Awesome prices as well. 100/10 would definitely recommend. I wont go anywhere else.

Beth was very friendly. I was having a VERY stressful day, she listened to me share about totally unrelated events that had me frustrated and fully rocked the customer service experience. I normally don't purchase e-liquid, but having just ran out and being out of town- it wasn't an option this time. She had knowledge of the products and I quickly felt like she was an "old friend". Just spent about 45 minutes there, haven't had a vape in quite a while and was a little out of it, but the man at the counter ran me through everything and recommended tanks, mods, and some flavors. Was super patient and that was very appreciated. The shop itself was nice and clean, well organized, comfy place to be.

I frequent this location and I've never had a bad visit ever. The staff has always been wonderful answering any question I had. The selection of juice, mods, and accessories is fantastic and quite large. I've been to quite a few vape stores and even after I move out of soddy I'll still choose to come to this location every time.

When I went to the the soddy location about 2 weeks ago the place looked like it was going downhill, juice bottles for clearance were scattered and disorganized everywhere. The bar was a mess. I went in yesterday and everything was clean and neatly displayed. Justin did a great job organizing all the clearance juices. I was able to find the juice I wanted with ease and without having to search through a mass of bottles and chaos.
