Allsup's Convenience Store

Great customer service. My favorite items always in-stock. Clean, organized and most everything is priced. Gas is good quality. I recommend this Allsups

I don't know why people have been giving this place a bad review. Its very simple to use the points system. Have them scan your barcode before you pay or swipe your card before you pay. Same with the outside gas machines. I've ALWAYS gotten my points. As far as the people go, I've always had an amazing customer service experience EVERY TIME. Customers need to stop judging people based on their looks and look at the heart and how well the workers serve. Products can sometimes be out but they usually get a truck throughout the week. Don't listen to the negative comments Allsups, you are a greater blessing than you think. Keep up the good work y'all!

The lot is sizeable to accommodate lots of traffic and semi trucks.

Like a previous reviewer commented, this newer location had always been a bit unattended with overflowing trash. It has improved.

The lots are clean and the store us clean; however, the men's restroom is always unattended. The last time here, the toilets looked like they had not been properly cleaned, nor the stall walls, nor the floor swept or mopped clean

This time, the first thing I saw was toilet paper a Throughout on the floor, and it was not busy here, and three employees.

Normally a great store but today the cashier was using his rewards card to get our points and wouldn’t even give us the chance to swipe our card

I love to stop here because of their convient spot bitbi cant even use the bathroom when i need! Each time i come its discusting beyond use ! Body fluids hair and dirt trash everywhere

I think the store needs a new manager or do a better job of making sure that all the trash is dumped and the store is clean.. it's sad for this to be a new store and not being taken care of.

Didnt have allsups Bakery items in yet,gas pumps have problem as well.

Not as wonderful as expected. Better than what we had. But it never fails in the morning when I stop there. I, get down the road a bit and unwrap the sausage croissant W CHEESE i ordered, and it’s a dang biscuit. Labeled biscuit. Or it’s no cheese but labeled cheese. From the same place that I reached out to soon after they opened up because I slipped on the new concrete after it had started taking walking from the fuel pumps to the store. The clerk was outside and never looked at me or said a word. No offer to help up. Didn’t need it or didn’t want it. Even though I had a broken hip at the time.I landed flat on my back.
I tried calling an 800 #. Left a mess to contact me concerning customer safety no details. Nothing. Wrote an email describing what had taken place. Nothing. I know it was on video. Thankfully I was able to get up because no one else was around and the clerk would not look up from his phone but he was sitting on the pallet of deer corn out front and I was only one there. Of course he saw me. I wasn’t calling for me. I was calling in case that had been an elderly individual in my position awaiting surgery. If they would have hit like it did, it could have changed their life for the worse. The parking lot soon became tacky with the rubber from the traffic. But something in a new parking lot in rain is very dangerous. And with other stores going up, I wanted them to know. But I guess they were trying to avoid a lawsuit by blowing me off. That’s not what I was going for. But I see what they are. NOT THE CUSTOMER!!!

This store is nasty. I stopped to get a fountain drink and the floor in front of the fountain drinks was black it was so dirty. The whole place is disgusting and the bathroom is not any better. The workers are friendly mostly but a lot more could be done to keep this store as nice as it was when it opened. Overall, I frequent Allsup’s in different locations and a lot of training on cleanliness and upkeep would help tremendously.

These young girls at the counter just asked a 65+ plus year old man for his ID for tobacco products. Okay that's fine its the law, but when he gave it to her she was so rude and ugly to him then the girls talking so disrespectful to the elderly! One had pinkish hair and the other had a black hair super shirt. Rude ride learn some respect for the elderly!! SHAme oN YOU!! I WILL NO LoNGER COME TO THIS STORE

I love the convenience and addition of the Allsups stores in Mineral Wells but the one on 180 is always dirty. The trash cans are overflowing every time I go there and there are usually 3 or more employees just standing around. And the burritos taste at least a day old. The one on 281 is always super clean and well kept.

I'm handicapped. Went to use the bathroom and both stalls had hand written notes on them. One said out of order, the other stated that was an employee stall only. ??? It was bad enough the floors were wet with no wet floor signs out, now you are making it so handicapped customers can't use the bathroom. The manager, a female, was no help. This is illegal and discrimination against handicapped customers.

Someone needs to clean up and empty trash cans,everytime i stop here it looks like this...

Stop here a lot in the mornings for fuel and the window washer buckets are always empty. Also, the couple times I have been inside, there is a young long haired man working the counter and he always looks and seems stoned out of his mind. We were so happy to see this new store open but so far we are not impressed!

Stopped for gas,put my rewards number in,it said select fuel type and begin fueling,which i hadnt even swiped my bank card yet,so hung up the pump and pushed debit and paid,lady came out and was writing my tag number down,asked why she said they wanted her to,for what reason i paid,After pumping my $20 gas,she came back out and asked if i was able to pay i said yes and took in my bank transaction from phone that had store info and i asked for my gas receipt,didnt even recieve my points for the gas WOW...I will have to say i will not be returning to this store anymore after this.Brand new store just opened,should beable to see someone paid for gas from in store,also should not beable to start pumping unless already paid like all stations have been for years.

Seems I never get my points even though I always use my rewards card.Clerk always says yeah when I ask if will get my points this time and I never do,lots and lots of missed points I should have.Disappointment!!

Workers there are lazy I been there a couple times to get coffee and it always tastes really bitter when you tell them that , they get mad saying they don't have time to change it
