We went to this restaurant after visiting Mesa Verde and I was floored by all the food, especially the beet salad and the vegan mac and cheese. I want to add a note that Ive never had any of these foods and that it tasted better that regular mac and cheese! The hospitality was also wonderful, I wish i lived closer so I cd eat there all the time!

What an awesome surprise find on our way to New Mexico! We stopped for gas and noticed the Global Kitchen nearby, so we decided to see what was on the menu. We ordered a selection of tapas, each item was better than the next! The meatballs, Tempeh chorizo arepa (forgot to take a picture) and the beet salad were well presented and delicious, but the curry garbanzo beans won the favorite of the day - the flavors and texture were perfection! The vanilla cake with strawberry jam was a nice treat, and the pistachio cheesecake was superb!

Jake was a wonderful host, very kind and informative. If you live in Mancos or just passing through, the Global Kitchen is serving up something wonderful and worth the visit!

What a hidden gem. Amazing to get fresh, healthy & delicious food while on the road. The beet salad was perfect- huge & with just the right amount of dressing. Meatballs & pesto were great as well. Lots of options for those with dietary restrictions. Had a nice conversation with the proprietor. Was fast & casual for those on the go, yet the food was very upscale!

What an awesome place. Great food, welcoming, beautiful atmosphere. We luckily happened upon Global kitchen after spending the day in Mesa Verde.
If you are anywhere nearby, you must give this place a try.
We were warmly greeted by the chef himself, and he gave us insights into all the items on the menu.
The roasted beet salad was the best beets I have ever eaten. The meatballs on pesto and garbanzo curry were delicious, too. I don't even remember what I paid because I was so happy and satisfied. Wish I could go back tomorrow...

Global Kitchen offers very tasty tapas/small plates that are expertly prepared. There are options for several diets - vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. Inside and outside seating are welcoming and comfortable. I've dined here twice in the last couple of weeks and will be returning again soon for tapas and to try some of their take out prepared dinners.

What a find! My group of 4 sampled all but 1 of that day’s menu offerings, and each were outstanding dishes. The garbanzos were a hit- the reviews are correct, as were meatballs, vegan mac and cheese, and tostones with pork belly. Great ciders, and options for non-drinkers. Our lunch was a wonderful experience that will bring me back to Global Kitchen.

All around the best place in Mancos. Run by incredible people and most of all a passionate owner and chef who has a keen sense of taste and original and healthy (and globally influenced to boot) dishes for all pallets. Be it the discerning vegans or the casual eater who just wants good quality food on a Friday evening… global has you covered. A lovely spot with great atmosphere that caters to great company.

I don't remember the last time I had food this good.

The menu is always changing- we had pork belly on a bed of melt in your mouth pesto, delicious chickpea curry, incredible beet arugula salad and some yummy meatballs.
Everything was on point. Everything was delicious and the flavors deep, complex and unique.
The owner was super friendly, patient, kind.
There is SO MUCH LOVE in this food!!!
Durango honestly doesn't have anything that compares to this place. So special. We sat outside surrounded by beautiful trees, a meadow and a gorgeous mountain view.
I'll be stopping by whenever I'm out Mancos way.

My roommate and I just finished eating here. The food is well prepared, flavorful, and I honestly could find no fault with it.

I even liked the watermelon gazpacho, and I despise watermelon.

The owner-chef and staff were cordial and informative, the place neat and clean. As we live in the Four Corners Region, I guarantee we will be back.

Jakes’s hospitality and food were first rate! It is obvious that he LOVES his craft, and this passion comes through in his attention to detail in the food he prepares. We had the roasted beet salad, vegan Mac and Cheese and an arepa. We loved all of them! Plus, an added bonus was a great conversation with the couple next to us! We will definitely stop in again when we are in this area.

Delicious and nutritious food! My boyfriend and I loved our experience here. We had the meatballs, beet salad, arepa, Mac n Cheese, and pickles- it was a feast! We enjoyed chatting with the owner, who was friendly and offered local tips. This is a special spot, don't miss it when you visit Mancos!

We dropped by while passing through Mancos. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We sat out on the patio with our pup and enjoyed a lovely day. It was a wonderful experience! The vegetarian in our group was well taken care of.

Amazing place! After a short day at work me and my co worker wanted to try something new and we definitely fell in love with this place! Owner was very nice explaining things to us that we didn't know and very passionate about what she is doing! Will definitely be back again.
