Small town. Small store.

I don’t understand why every dollar store has boxes and boxes and boxes sitting everywhere on nearly every aisle. I went in today and it looked so bad in there. Carts upon carts of boxes sitting everywhere, some items was blocked because of that. Stuff all on the floor, stuff in corners, cluttered. One staff member was behind the counter, sitting, on his phone talking and texting, the other was doing the same until I came to check out. She was friendly and polite, so I give a star for her. But still, half the store was boxes. Why are you not stocking shelves, why is all of the inventory sitting out front, is there not a back space for all of it to be stored for when needed? Not to mention the safety hazard it could be for handicapped people with wheelchairs, walkers etc. The place was opened just over a year ago and looks like it’s been opened for 6 years. Where’s management, why are they not working and doing their job to run the store. I understand it’s just a dollar store and they’re not getting paid that much, but you’re getting paid to work either way. It’s just crazy that the store is in the condition it’s in because no one seems to care to be professional anymore in this day and time. Do better FD/DT

It's already bad enough that not a single Family Dollar has any public bathroom, and this one just rubs it in your face.

There IS a public bathroom, but there's a sign saying that you need to get a key from the register. While I was shopping, I asked for the key, but I was told that even the paying customers can't use the bathroom, as it's not for public use.

If not even paying customers can use the bathroom, then why is it out in the open, and why is there a sign saying go get the key? What kind of stupidity is this?

Public bathrooms in the United States are already few and far between, and I'm not exaggerating, as there are literally as many public bathrooms per capita in Botswana as the United States.

Then you have people with certain conditions, like how I have irritable bowel syndrome, and limited bathroom access is just extremely inconsiderate. How this store has a 4.0 rating is BEYOND me.
