I purchased a very expensive Montblanc pen while hanging out in the airport waiting on a delayed flight. I am a collector of these beautiful writing instruments. I got a good deal buying the pen initially, however when I returned home I noticed a problem with the item. The manager Jeff did everything possible to resolve a difficult situation. At the end of the day I feel it was resolved equitably and promptly. I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

Prices are very expensive for being "duty free" more like a candy store with mostly candy. The liquor section is not well stocked at all. Yes they do have to show off bottles worth $4999 and up, gearing towards the high end millionaires who hardly travel through DTW. The sales staff is friendly however. For being an airport duty free they have no aircraft oriented watches. No Breitlings, no Citizen Promaster Navihawks.
