They were super friendly, very joyful and helpful, they opened way before 5am to accommodate dozens of early flyers!

Coffee was hot and made accordingly.
The wait time was reasonable, only two people to serve a horde of passengers ... we had about ten people ahead of us and were served in less than 10min.

Wonderful staff! Ms. Ebony walked me through the Starbucks app. Very patient and helpful!

Long morning line. I'd say that the company needs to hire more employees to keep of with the demand. Drink taste good it just took a half hour to get.

Many staff members are helpful and nice. There is one staff member who is kind of rude and has an attitude. I think it's typical that the baristas get...complaints?...some handle it well. Others do not. This staff member replied to guests with "and what do you want me to do about it?" My own drink that she made did not taste right like I normally get it. However, I didn't want to deal with her attitude. I also only came for the caffeine so I dealt with it.

Starbucks is a bit expensive.

Subpar Starbucks experience. Order when you're going through bag check because these people have no scoot in their boots. I observed three polite people ask for their drinks because they were going to miss their flights and the worker making the drinks responded less than professionally.

Staff was okay, one lady was friendly, another man was a bit rude. I’m allergic to oat milk, nothing deadly but some very unpleasant stomach symptoms. I ordered the oatmilk shaken espresso but with almond milk, as I usually do at Starbucks with no issues. It said almond milk on the ticket, but the drink tasted like it had oatmilk- it was much creamier and had a distinct taste. I confirmed with the employees that it was almond and they assured me it was. It was not. I had violent diarrhea.

Obviously the reviews don't matter. They don't have the ability to problem solve. Seems to be the lack of empowerment for their employees and maybe lack of pay reflecting caring. Regardless shotty experience.

This is the worst Starbucks on the planet. I never leave bad reviews but every time we fly out of DTW this is the closest store and their staff have the WORST attitude ever, they are rude and sarcastic… they don’t give a damn. Get people who represent your brand better.

Absolutely ridiculously slow. Need to have more people working duri g the morning shift, need to not allow mobile app orders at a Starbucks in the airport.

Very poor attitude. Absolutely no interest to keep up with demand and hussle to process drinks quicker and they screwed up our order. There were only 5-7 people in line when we got there. We ordered 3 drinks and after 15 mins asked where ours were and they somehow missed them. 10 mins later they gave us 2 wrong drinks and didn’t care. They looked at us like we ordered wrong!!! Hire some decent staff…

Worst experience .. i waited for 20 min for my food.. when i asked they didn’t even start making my sandwich..

The one star reviews are accurate. I wish I could give zero stars. 5 people working and everyone more concerned with socializing than making people’s orders. Subpar service for any establishment but especially for Starbucks. Ordered a grande was given a tall, no comment when I brought up the discrepancy.

The cream used in my drink was bad and you could see chunks in it. When I brought it up, I was immediately met with hostility. No one offered to make me a new drink or even acknowledge the fact that they’re serving people bad dairy. Disgusting.
