Seventh Street Medical Supply

I have been a client of 7th street Medical for approximately 5 years. I have purchased Cpap devices (ResMed and ResMed Mini)and a SoClean Cpap cleaner. And continue to receive my monthly Cpap supplies through them. I can attest that the exemplary customer service, at every level, from every person I have ever dealt with is consistently professional, efficient, and friendly. Frankly, this level of quality personal service is a rarity in this on-line age. When it comes to medical issues and supplies, on-line purchasing just does not always cut it. You may have to actually talk to someone, try something on, etc. When I have had occasion to discuss a Cpap device, or a type of mask, the technican spent as much time with me as was necessary. I simply cannot speak highly enough how exemplary the customer service is. And this is from the owner, Andy himself, throughout to the friendly receptionist and anyone who answers the phone.

The service that we received was exceptional! We spent about two hours asking questions and looking at sitting walkers and other medical equipment. The staff went out of the way to help us understand the differences among the various walkers and other equipment. The technician, Will, was extremely patient and explained the details and differences between the various walkers. This helped us to make an informed decision and we purchased an appropriate walker from there that very day. Clearly, we have now found a medical supply store that does much more for their customers than simply selling them a piece of equipment! We look forward to returning for other purchases as the needs arise.

Entire staff is very knowledgeable and many are CPAP uses so they have a wealth of experience and practical experience.
They also go to extraordinary lengths, in my case multiple times, to solve problems and things right even though they were not the cause.

Had a great experience! They thoroughly explained the device along with the separate pieces and cleaning instructions. I left the office feeling great about my new medical equipment! Fabulous customer service. I called on Monday, spoke with Nicole and I explained that I need a portable oxygen concentrator to use on a plane. She asked about the flight time and got me a unit that would last longer enough for the flight. On Friday, 4 days later, I met with Nicole who had the unit charged and ready to use. She explained everything about the unit and how to use it. She even told me call if I have any other questions. Seventh Street Medical Supply definitely cares about its customers.

Andy was an amazing help . Every other supplier couldn’t get me the cpap machine I needed but not here . They accommodated me in every way and got me what I needed right away. I appreciate your guys hard work ! Sleeping like a newborn !

I had the most amazingly positive experience here that I have ever had anywhere. I was having a problem with my cpap machine while traveling and Seventh Street Medical agreed to help me out. Not only did they fix my machine, but helped me out with replacement parts and did so with charm and grace. Thanks to Seventh Street Medical, I'm on the road again!

Getting a TENS Machine seemed like a drawn out process. I called seven medical supply companies and all of them said it would take a few days to get my TENS. Luckily one of the medical supply companies recommended

Instead of days of waiting to get my Machine I was in and out of there office in half hour with my TENS Machine.

Seventh Street Medical is the EPITOME of Customer Service!

I’m a long time user of CPAP. I WAS with the company whose initials are AH. I could not deal with them any longer with my supplies and esp trouble shooting.

I switched to Seventh Street Medical! What a great move I made. We asked to come in and try on new masks and even though I was outside the time to switch masks they still had me come in. This is in middle of the Phillips recall and me getting a new machine.

THEY WERE CONCERNED WITH ME AND MY WIFE GETTING PROPER SLEEP!

Mind you I’m 6’5” and most all masks are not designed for people like me.

During the meeting Jill our rep went and asked the owner of the company, Andy to come and help. He did so immediately and spent a good 20-30 minutes with us.

Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I don’t think I have ever had such an incredible experience at a medical supply store before. I found myself in an emergency situation, needing a replacement CPAP asap. I contacted Seventh Street Medical Supply and Andy, Nichole, and the rest of the staff took care of my needs. Not only did they take care of it, but Andy came in after hours to make sure I was taken care of. That man saved my life. I am beyond thankful for the wonderful service I received here. They stand by their products, they are personable, friendly, and helpful. If you are not getting your medical supplies here, you are making a mistake.

I went to Seventh Street Medical with what I thought was a problem with the MyAir app for my cpap machine. Andy checked out my machine and insured me that the machine was recording my data correctly. Apparently, there have been some issues with the app itself. Additionally, he made me aware that I could get replacement equipment every 3 months. I was happy about that. I always thought that the insurance would only cover the equipment every 6 months. Andy was very pleasant and helpful. He seemed like a very caring individual.

This team is amazing. After very bad experience with another DME company, I drove almost an hour to find competent, helpful and caring employees. Nicole was extremely helpful explaining everything, especially all of the insurance compliance and supplies policies. We switched my husband over to cover all his bi-pap supplies too as for almost 10yrs we have been buying them out of pocket! I am over the moon with the service I received today and am grateful to know I now have a true advocate for all our current and future DME needs! If I could them MORE than 5 stars, I would!!! Will was great! I was there to pick up a cpap machine. I never felt rushed. He showed me all the different mask options and how the machine works. I tried on a couple mask and he made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Great Experience.

Seventh Street Medical was extremely helpful in every step of getting my new CPAP machine. From the initial contact after my physicians appointment and in-home sleep study, to today, receiving the new equipment. Cody was extremely helpful in helping me choose a new style mask, and going over the machine to ensure I understood everything.
Steve had previously contacted me about the arrival of the equipment and the appointment set-up. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience, something that is not often available in today's hurry up and move on world. i would strongly recommend Seventh Street to anyone as a respectable vendor!

Professional and knowledgably staff. If you need medical equipment or advice this is the place to go and get it. They also have many products on display in the showroom. They helped my mom with equipment for her home shower. Andy was so helpful thru the process and great to work with. I would give Seventh Street Medical 5 stars any day of the week for that personal touch and caring about your needs.

My husband wanted to purchase an electric mobility scooter. Andy told us about the ones that we inquired about. He explained and encouraged us to apply for CareCredit. He accepts CareCredit and offered us 12 months interest free for the scooter. He kept us updated on the scooters transit to him and he even sent us a picture of it once it was assembled. We really appreciated that he took the time to do that. When we went to pick up the scooter, he took the time to go over all of the ins and outs of the scooter from assembly to disassembly. I highly recommend his company. I was even able to purchase pillow cases for our special pillows that we use.
