It's definitely a bit more on the expensive side but the quality of the products is freaking good for almost whatever project you need to get done. Staff is pretty good and they don't hover. Clean and everything is usually right where it's supposed to be. I have made quite a few projects from things I have bought from here.

Come prepared with your coupons to save big. They accept competitors coupons from Michael's or A.C. Moore that are on your phone and printed. You can use a single item coupon from Jo-Ann's with a total purchase coupon from a different store and vice versa.

This was my first time here. I didn't know this store was so big. Everyone was friendly and greeted me. The young lady at check out was super helpful. Even told me there were 2 coupons on the website I could use. I didn't even ask she let me know. Good looking out, she deserves a raise.

Full price is the fools price! With the amount I got off in this store between clearance and coupons is the reason I come back

Very nice and understanding employees when it comes to coupons. Things here are a bit pricey, but they have frequent sales so I keep a look out for it. They do price matching and take competitor coupons as well. The store has a nice selection of crafts. The ailes are a bit tight if you use the handicap cart.

Love this place. It's my secret obsession. I've been hiding in the closet doing arts and crafts for years. Surprise!!! I'm out and proud now. Thanks Joann!!

Aaron went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he “benefit” me by being helpful with guiding me to find the correct coupon code but he was extremely professional and honestly, customer service could not get any better… coupon aside.
Definitely consider raising Aaron’s pay for the simple fact that perfect customer service is difficult to come by! He needs to be rewarded in more ways than just a review. - From a new shopper to this location and store as well as my personal experience as a former customer service representative.
Do not take with a grain of salt.

My wife crochet's and this is her favorite place to get her yarn and other supplies constantly gets good deals and they reward loyal customers with coupons from time to turned on definitely a good place if you're working toward towards creating home décor or other types Artistic projects

This store was excellent. I called ahead to see if they had what I needed and the person on a phone did go check for the item. The staff was super helpful and pleasant. I am now a huge fan of this store.

Pretty clean storefront very bright vibrant it has a variety of supplies. I enjoyed this store way more than Michael's and I don't feel like I have to choose from a limited stock but more so that I have options and they have better sales. I do hope to see them having a reward system like as if you're telling your purchases to equal points like Michael's does that's the only thing that Michaels has above this store per se.

This store is clean and well stocked and organized. I went there for wood for a project and got ideas for projects I want to do in the future. The cashier was knowledgeable and friendly. I love this store .

Able to buy burlap to make scarecrows with. The price was discounted. Many selections to choose from. Always have a sale going on.

I ordered some fabric online for pickup today - the order was ready within the hour (I was notified through email), when I arrived I called the store to let them know I was there. There was no hold time and the woman on the phone was friendly. Literally within the minute someone brought my fabric outside and it was done! I was expecting it to take forever under the circumstances (which would have been fine with me), but it was so easy and fast, I don’t even know why you’d go in the store instead!

I love going to Joanne's fabrics. I usually find whatever I am there to get. Not this time, I was going for fabric for my dining room chairs. Going to attempt to redo them. Couldn't find what I wanted, for me not much to look at at all. That had never happened before, so will go back after holidays and I am sure I won't be disappointed!

I've been using Joann Fabrics for my projects as of late. I especially like the staff at the Roosevelt Blvd location. I know you may save some money by ordering online, but at Joann's you get to feel the fabric, ask questions, and take it home immediately. And if you download the app, they have coupons that take off $5, $10, or $15 dollars based off what you spend. They have so much more than fabric.

Always well stocked and have all my crafting needs. This is my go to joanns, always fast and has great customer service
