The Home Depot

I have to say I am very surprised with this home depot. I purchased a Samsung fridge from another appliance dealer and after waiting a month with consistent excuses blaming Samsung , I still had no fridge. I decided to come here and inquire. I met a nice gentleman named Neil M. in the appliances/ cabinets section. After a quick stock check they had 5 available and could deliver it within a couple of days. I got it right then and there without hesitation and true to their word I now have my fridge!

Neil was the upmost gentleman and I had such a fun and positive experience. He even stayed after his shift to make sure everything was finalized and I was happy. In today's retail world it is very difficult to find people like Neil who care. Kudos to Neil and I really hope management takes care of him.

It's home Depot. They have everything.Go on off hours 6pm or later for better service.. Saturday and Sunday are crazy crowds to avoid for better help and easier check out

Clean, well organized and a helpful staff. Aisles were labeled clearly. Quick checkout in the self- checkout aisle. Ample parking.

Shout out to Raymond, the am service manager. He went out of his way to help my dad and I. All of the employees we have interacted with are super helpful and polite.

Went in to buy some wood for a bed that I'm making and the representative named Brie was incredibly helpful, he went above and beyond. Best experience I've had at home Depot!

I just want to say thank you to the whole store. Absolutely the best staff. Thank you Phi Nguyen ( Operations Manager) for helping me out the other day, i was having a tough time ( borderline meltdown) ......he went way out of the way to make sure i was taken care of,, meant so much !! needs to be more like you/.

Convenience, variety and value. Tricia Lamb was exceptionally helpful with our repair needs. Tricia helped us out with bath tiles, grout, adhesive, tools, paint and other supplies. She took the time to help us instead of kissing it off like the other associate. Tricia's work ethic is exemplary and should be the model for others to follow. THANK YOU SO MUCH, TRICIA, YOU ROCK!!!

Super quick and easy to stop in and pick up any extra items I forget to order for a project. Helpful staff.

Had a couple of items on will call ,when I came in to pick up they were brought out in less than 5 minutes

I never write reviews but I had to. This is the cleanest and most organized Home Depot I’ve ever seen. Keep it up.

Great store. Clean. They have not moved stuff too much, like the other stores, so I can still find things on my own and get in and out. Great staff 5 stars.
