The Home Depot

For installing my Tesla wall charger, I need a 2 pole breaker and 4 ft of wire. All parts were readily available and that made the trip a success. Kudos to Electrical department guys that helped us with the wire.

First time I've been to this Home Depot, I couldn't find anyone to help me for a minute. I actually asked a customer and they helped me find what I was looking for, I was very grateful for their help.

We recently purchased carpet and pad at Home Depot in Weatherford and they used their install company Cooper Installation to come out install it. This was a Christmas gift for my husband and I to each other. We were going to have it installed on Jan 10th, but Cooper put us on the priority list, and we were moved up to an earlier date, Jan 3rd! Home Depot contacted us throughout the entire process, and it was completely seamless. We were pleased with the customer service in the store at the time of picking out the carpet. My husband learned a lot from the Home Depot rep regarding the carpet and padding grade, which made our buying experience perfect. The pricing was amazing as well! We were very pleased with the installation company, Cooper too, they were timely and very professional. They were in and out within a couple of hours. We highly recommend The Home Depot company for any carpet install.

Employees are always helpful. When it comes to buying lumber or concrete it best to go after 9 a.m and before lunch. Contractors fill the parking lot with trailers. Late evening is also a good time for regular customers.

I have to rave about Cameron. i believe thats what she said her name was i can't lift so i had to do curbside pick up and unfortunately it was raining by the time she came out. they were short staffed and i totally understand the struggle. Thank you for being so sweet!!

Decent prices. Big selection of products. Helpful staff. Clean and safe environment . Easy to read signs to locate what you're looking for by isle.

Easy for contractors to pay for product without being at store. Not sure all of the details, but you set up some kind of account with them.

I just recently heard about the children's workshops. Sign up ahead of time online. 9:00 am the first Saturday of every month they have a free children's workshop. It was awesome. April 1 2023 was a poolside birdhouse. We had a blast 🙂

I love this location. The associates are so helpful and, at least the ones who have helped me, went above and beyond. I go on different days at different times so it's always a different shift but I still get the same service regardless.

Replacing my 80 year old dads washer that stopped working, I called up and spoke with Jeanie in appliances. Her customer service from start to finish is why I love Home Depot. I came up picked up the washer, exchanged one I got from the Euless HD in August. Jeanie was super helpful and very kind. Salute ma’am. Thank you.

I drove 90 miles to purchase an air conditioner. They were the only store in a 150 mile radius to have it in stock. Courtney went above and beyond helping me find the item in their store. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. The young men who helped load it in my car were such hard workers! Thank you Nick, Conner and Samuel!

I had an extremely hard time finding a new globe for one of my ceiling fans that I dropped and shattered while changing a bulb. Finally found it online at home depot. When it arrived at this store I regretted having to go pick it up because like clockwork, every time I order something online it's either wrong or such a hassle to pick up. Was I ever surprised! I went to the customer service counter and Adrena and Em greeted me immediately with a smile and an attitude that was the definition of southern hospitality! I can guarantee you that anytime I need something in the future my first stop will be to check online to see if this store carries it! These 2 ladies actually know what great customer service is!

Donald Hegi was the nicest man and the most helpful out of all the employees in the store. He stayed late to help us out and was kind the whole time.

Ismael, went above and beyond to help us find paint, along with the other employees. They were extremely helpful and I am so thankful they were able to help us find oil based paint in such a short notice.

I have always received excellent customer service at this store. They have everything you could ask for from the smallest of home improvement projects to a complete home makeover. You can have key copies made by a helpful employee or you can do it yourself at the diy kiosk. The employees are always ready to help and knowledgeable. I go to Home depot for any and everything I need for my house.
