The kindest people in the world work here! They run an excellent store! Very clean, organized, stocked & with the most friendly workers. Greeting you with good vibes.
Hands down the most positive experience I've had at a CVS.
They treat you with the utmost respect and are very kind & helpful.

I am not a fan of CVS Pharmacies at all. Quite honestly, I recently switched my own scrips to Walmart Pharmacy. However, I was helping a friend refill some scrips today that were problematic. Italia and Anaise (sp??) of the Summer Street, Bridgewater, MA store were both awesome. They both went out of their way to help solve problems with and provide the necessary prescriptions. They were beyond pleasant and polite doing it. They both deserve a raise! Truly! I don’t find this to be common customer service at CVS Pharmacies. Maybe there is hope for CVS Pharmacies after all. Thank you to both of them!

Joyce the cashier was so amazing! She helped me out of a jam! She is a gem!

Lexi in the pharmacy was very helpful, transferring my prescription over from Walgreens. They were low on supply for my script but were able to give me a few days supply until they could get more! Super grateful, because of that hopefully I'll start feeling better sooner rather than if I'd had to wait for the full script to be filled☺

Wow you talk about excellent customer service!!! Pharmacist Chris at CVS on Summer St, Bridgewater sure knows how to take care of his customers. There was a back-order on my husband's medication and I was really nervous he would run out and we would not be able to refill the prescription. Chris called our doctor and checked on an alternative medicine and then came in to the store on his day off to check a delivery to see if the medication had come in. It had and he called me personally to let me know it was in and the prescription would be filled and ready for pick up. Personalized customer service like this is rare now-a-days I highly recommend Chris and his team at the Summer St CVS!!

Today was the 1st day for Covid 19 Vaccine here. A sign up glitch occurred where I had printed out my OK and had it with me but the store computer did not have me on the list. Alyssa (SP) and Kevin, (district manager?) could not have been more accommodating. They followed through the complex processes involved and got me through with my vaccine and Alyssa booked me for my 2nd one. I was most impressed with the service and friendly faces encountered today. Five plus stars.

I usually use another pharmacy, but mine didn't have my medication! So, I went to Bridgwater's CVS. I had a wonderful experience with all the pharmacy employees. Especially Stephanie the pharmacist, she went above and beyond to help me. I am very pleased!

The store is always stocked with the goods I need. The customer service is outstanding and the staff takes pride in their work. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and works diligently to service my prescription needs.

I enjoy doing my pharmaceutical purchase in this store. Clean environment, friendly people.

I really like this CVS. They keep it clean, staff is always friendly and very helpful. Their drive thru is very convenient to pickup medication.
