Purchased a new range from them
Their prices were very competitive with big box store but what made me choose when I was shopping for a new range was their delivery. VERY reasonable! But it doesn’t stop there- the delivery was absolutely outstanding!! We had Morgan and Josh as our delivery guys and to say professionalism these guys delivered!! They made sure everything was meticulously covered in our home so nothing got damaged. They were very kind, respectful and made sure they listened and answered every question I had!
They made sure my range was installed perfectly and even added an anti tip device so no one could ever have our range fall on them accidentally. They turned everything on and even did an “initial burn” so that no odor would get into our food. We will be needing a new refrigerator next and I will go directly to Weaver Appliance and I encourage you to do the same!! You will NOT be disappointed

Purchased a dryer from Weaver's. They delivered and set up with no problems. The new dryer operation was explained and I was given "tips" for improving dryer efficiency. The staff were friendly, informative, timely and knowledgeable.

Weaver Appliance gives such excellent service. From the time they arrived at my home until they left, their focus was on me as a customer. This is exactly why to buy local....you can depend on them if anything goes wrong. (And as life has taught us eventually something goes wrong.) Very pleased with my new washer with no buyer's remorse!

Very very satisfied with every aspect of our experience. Mike King, our salesman was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at, and polite, friendly, and professional. The delivery was on time and done to our satisfaction. The installers were nice and knew what they were doing for sure. Beautiful showroom too.

My dishwasher stopped working. The Service Tech, John, came out and reviewed cost for repair v replace. I decided to replace. I was going to go to their show room the next day, instead, he shopped with me on their website, right then, right there! He showed me similar models and was able to give me a simple overview of their differences. Huge TIME saver, and huge MIND saver-- PLUS, shopping today got me on the delivery schedule that much sooner. I mean, seriously, who wants to live without a dishwasher one more day than absolutely necessary! John also gave me tips for getting the best performance for my DW! I trust Weaver Appliance and John was just one more example of why.

I highly recommend weaver appliance! Had to order parts but it was right be Christmas! Thank goodness they had a loaner fridge for us! What a blessing. They are Great to work with and the service is exceptional. They take great care of your home while they are there. John was incredible and efficient. Thank you!

Great experience in helping us find the fridge we wanted and answered all of our questions. Very professional and polite when delivering. After putting in place they wiped the appliance down so it had no prints. Will definitely use them again.

Weaver appliances really did awesome by us. Chris was very prompt and informative through the entire process of repairing the door of our dryer and going over steps to get better use out of our washer. Had a great service technician named John Look at my washer - thoroughly check it out. I knew it’s problems were getting worse! Assisted me in ordering a new one! Very polite, professional and thorough.

My 12 year old washing machine needed servicing. I called and they were able to send out a technician the next day. They gave me window when the technician would arrive, and then called and texted 5 minutes before arriving.. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the issues and advised of options. Since our washer was not worth repairing, he also quoted some replacement options.. Everything was positive about my experience with Weaver from my initial call to the conclusion of the service appointment.

Delivery was supposed to take place between nine and one on 12 eight. They called me at 8:40. They arrived at 8:45. They were efficient they knew exactly what they were doing and they were out the door at 20 minutes till 12. Very courteous guys friendly. I would recommend Weaver’s.

The staff at Weaver’s was very pleasant to arrange a convenient time for my service call. John Beckley, the customer service technician, was on time, explained what our issue was, and took care of the problem in a timely manner. He also cleaned up after fixing our washer. We appreciated the professionalism.

Our 20-year-old clothes washing machine developed problems. We were Foutz Appliance customers for years. So we needed to replace that great sales & service New Phila store. Today we did. Thank you Weaver Appliance! While troubleshooting, service associate John Beckley ruled out possible causes—then determined the worn-out part. A major component. Given its replacement cost which he showed me on his Weaver computer, we decided to replace the washer. He showed me a new comparable GE washer on Weaver’s website and suggested we stop in their store. A couple hours later we scanned a great selection and store sales associate Wenny Denman explained model features. Today we bought our new GE washer. Nice unit! Very pleased with Weaver’s professional team and huge selection in their beautiful showroom. Weaver Appliance has a new customer.
