Marathon Gas

Kindra, I believe, is the woman's name who works the register at this gas station and she is wonderfully pleasant and has excellent customer service skills. I hope her boss/the owner of this station reads these reviews and recognizes when someone like me gives an employee their just due. Great job today, Kindra. I'll stop in again.

Bathrooms clean, friendly staff and cheap Gas

My daily spot on the way home from work. Clean store and friendly staff. Only drawback is new employees monthly.

I go to the gas station there every morning before work Saturdays and Sundays as well I came there this morning Sunday and they were closed manager inside… I called she said they don’t open till six which is wrong because they’re open 24 hours I’ve gone there at three in the morning I’ve gone there at one in the afternoon I don’t really think somebody’s doing their job there’s only one person there that is customer friendly and does his job and beyond and that’s the third shift guy long hair Never really what do this type of thing leave a review but today was the last straw I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes and watched them turn away 50 to 60 customers that come there every single morning that I see every morning which is hundreds of dollars if not thousands that they’re losing because somebody doesn’t want to do their job

Usually this place is pretty good, but someone needs to start checking out the product. This also includes me. This is what I ended up with tonight. Make sure you check your items.

Every time I am in the area I try for better luck for a restroom break as I am a deli ery driver. Each time I have been here (4 times in the last 60 days) there is an "out of order" sign on the restroom, when asking if it really is out of order I get told it is to keep the homeless and drug addicts out of their bathrooms 🤔 acceptable, however why can I not use it? The girl behind the counter explains it is for employees only......pretty sure a "gas station/ convenience store is supposed to have a public restroom. Floors are always sticky and nasty and lack of stock. As another reviewer stated about the side machine....I was also told the same thing, that it was an old sign, well here you go I left the fountain drink sitting on the counter foe them to eat the cost of wasted pop because I wasn't paying $3 as she requested!

This station is lacking at their pumping stations. No windshield washer solution in the buckets, the buckets are filled with trash instead of cleaner, no paper towels, trash cans overflowing and no receipt paper evidently to print a receipt outside. Ghetto

Signs at the fountain pop say $1 for any size fountain drink.. cashier charges me $2.28.. I point out the sign she says it's an old sign well maybe you need to take that down.. SCAMMED.. Not only was it not a dollar it was double the price.. Ridiculous

Every time I get off work and stop by this VP/Marathon that's "open 24/7" they are CLOSED!!! Does not matter whom is working either! CLOSED! Then you have to sit in the parking lot (when you are low on fuel you feel like the car won't even start back up to get to another fuel station) for 15-20 minutes. Absolute insanity. Fix it! Find ppl that will work to earn a paycheck. I understand everyone needs a break but it's overnight shift, you get a break, never even that busy. You want to smoke? Do it out front where you can see your PAYING CUSTOMERS pulling in. My time is just as valuable as yours. I have children to get home to. Guess I will be going somewhere else from now on because I'm over it. They can not even post their fuel prices accurately and will rip you off that way as well and when you ask them to fix it or give you your money back all they want to say is you will have to come back when a manager is available. Never did get my money back. Disgusted with this "business "

My husband realized he had bought the wrong cigars before leaving the gas station. The clerk told him he would have to wait for a manager to exchange them. He went back twice last week to speak to a manager, no managers were there. Today I called ahead of time to see when a manager would be there, one was there so I went to exchange them. The manager told me that the cigars could not be exchanged once you leave the store. So apparently my husband was suppose to stay at the store day and night until a manager decided they wanted to come to work. Well, they just lost my business. I'll be going to speedway from now on.

Absolutely awful gas station. Dirty. Rude employees (besides 1 or 2) will tell you that VALID STATE ID is not “real” and they cannot accept it. Bathrooms are disgusting. Definitely needs new owners or new management because it is pitiful how trashy and disgusting this gas station is. Go down the road to Thornton’s or BP/GetGo, much cleaner and safer.

Literally the trashiest gas station in town.. rude employees, management doesn't care about anything and it's overall a trashy vibe in there now. I do my best to not go in unless I need to. You guys really know how to pick 'em here.
