Osvaldo was exceptionally helpful. I had a big mess to deal with from my previous provider and he patiently walked me through all of it, helped me get it all lined up and was fun and entertaining the entire time. There were quite a few ppl in the store at the moment & he stayed kings and attentive to everybody and was quick and efficient about helping everybody. He made sure I completely understood everything before I left . Great service. I wish all cell stores had an Osvaldo to help! Thanks a ton!

Mariana was a breath of fresh air as far as customer service goes. She took the time to listen to my issues and thus was able to provide me with a few simple solutions that would remedy the situation. She was polite and patient and didn't make me feel rushed or like she was being "put out" when I asked about a future change I was considering on my account.
