I came in the other day, not really knowing anything about vaping rigs, as ive just always been a disposable juul guy, so when I came in with a 1000 questions, they were all patient and gave me answers that made sense to a noob like me. The staff was all really nice and knowledgeable, giving their honest opinions on products. Walked out with a new rig because of them. Do reccomend

I was sold a vape battery pack/device for $30 on Friday, recommended by the salesperson in the store. Took it home, tried it, and it didn't work. I drove in to take it back on Sunday with the receipt and was told tough luck they don't do any returns. They sold me broken merchandise and kept the money. It's not like I can test the products in the store. They wouldn't even offer store credit. -10/10 do not recommend.

Warning! Do not purchase the disposable vapes in this store, last 3 out of 4 vapes stopped working soon as I got home. When it happened the third time, I took it back tried to exchange it and they would not exchange. Asked for manager, they only come once a month according to the guy working there. Lost too much money please just drive to Vapor station they have much better products and not vapes that are old and don’t work.

Sold me a faulty device and wouldn’t make it right. Not happy being out $20. Lost a returning customer.
