Excellent customer service. They go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. Alexa went out of her way to make sure I got my favorite flavor that has been very hard to find! Top notch service and selection.

I went in a few days ago and was fortunate enough to have "Destiny" help me. She took a lot of time and explained things to me about the different products and juices. About the different strengths of juice and about quality of vapes and why. She made recommendations and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a whole new system and was glad I did for certain reasons.
I'm writing this because, doing business these days is not usually a pleasant experience. People are often too busy to really give good customer service. Someone who smiles, happy and optimistic.
There is a vape shop closer and more convenient but I will always go here and hopefully find Destiny.

Every store I've been to is amazing (Lewis, Sheridan, Owasso)...I have no doubt the others follow suit...great staff that have a great knowledge of the products and flavors...willing to walk you through some stuff if you're new 👍

So I just wrote a review on the Sheridan location, where the guy was insanely rude and lied about being able to help us. I want to highly recommend this location, for the simple facts: that upon walking in, my husband was immediately greeted with friendly smiles, and a great attitude, he asked if they could look up what atomizer they use by the number and DJ was more than willing to try to do it that way as we hadn’t been to this one in a few years, and hadn’t done that here before. They of course were able to, and were very friendly and helpful. I hope this good review helps this location, as they should have more business, and I’m glad we stuck with the company that we normally trust with our needs.

I was having a rough start to the day. I lost a tank to my mod. I went to 4 different places trying to find a replacement. I thought at first y'all didn't have one, but Alexa saved the day and turned my day around into a positive experience. She found me a tank. 🤩 I was super pleased the the whole customer service. This vape shop is going to become the only vape shop I will go to from here on out. One thing about this place is it doesn’t matter what kind of day you are having you aren’t walking out with at least one laugh. Young girl immediately greeted me even though she was busy helping someone else. Highly recommend. Staff seems well educated, and had no problem repeating steps to me on how to use my device and what flavors or brands I may like. Thank you for making my night better I will be a repeat customer!

Love this place! Great hospitality and always very helpful! They helped us quit smoking cigarettes and switched to fun flavorful vapes! The workers are always fun and have great energy. My husband and I are grateful for the workers and have a wonderful experience every time 🌹 👍

Friendly staff with a decent variety of vapes and supplies. Custom juices as well as disposable vapes and a large mod selection. They also said they can stock products they don't have with ample warning. Good place to shop.

I always have the best experience at this location! They almost always have everything I need and if they don’t they always make sure to write it down and order it for the next visit. I’ve been visiting for years and Patrick the manager and Alexa are always so nice and helpful

They are very knowledgeable about their products, they have a pool table if you want to kick it around the store for a bit. They have a lounge and TVs, the manager is a funny guy. He likes his job and you can tell. Their prices are fair and they have all sorts of mods and tons of flavors and they even mix their own juice in house if your into that sort or they have boxed as well. I'm going to keep coming here mostly for the service provided. And that smile.

This location is the best out of all of them.
I enjoy seeing the 2 that work on mondays together. Pumpkin spice and peppermint mocha always brighten up my day when im there and i happily order my juice and mods. Wnd when they dont have them they try their hardest to find them for me. I enjoy their stories and chats when I'm there cheer me up on my way to work. I think the manager's name is Jo koy. But is nice to hear him speak his native language there sometimes and learn about his home country of Japan. And peppermint mocha talks about vaping with a passion that help me quite smoking.

Great location I’ve been coming for years and have always had a great experience. The manager and employees are always helpful weather it be finding the coils I need or recommending a new juice.

Great Place. Got my fiance to try a new place and was very pleased with the service. Patrick is the one who helped us and provided great service with a positive attitude. Nice place, very clean, great prices & great vape products! The employees were so nice & very helpful I need to replace my vape with one that was easy to use but not real expensive & they helped me out in just a few mins, they set my vape up for me so I didn’t have to wait till I got home to use it, I was able to walk out the door with a new working vape! I highly recommend
“YouSuckVape” & even though it’s a 45 min drive for me I will be a regular customer for sure!!
