I had the pleasure of meeting 2 wonderful workers and they was both very polite and knowledgeable about phones and services. Rosie helped me set everything up to get a phone for my son.

Went in the other day for a new sim card and to check out new phone cases, well the gentleman working there was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!! You can tell he definitely takes pride in his job and enjoys what he does and what he works with! He helped us so much and also ended up having a good 10 minute conversation, along with finding out that maybe I should've came to him before I bought my newest phone because the one he recommended was way better. He also knows what he is talking about he also talks from personal experience.
Don't get me wrong the rest of the staff was just as great!
The store seems to have just as much of choices than any other but maybe just a little less and the stock of any item is iffy, you'll be best calling before hand to make sure the phone you're wanting is in stock for when they get the phones they sell QUICK.
Definitely a cricket I would recommend to go to!

One of the best stores in Tulsa. Awesome deals great staff that is willing to go the extra smile to help save you money and make sure you are extremely happy with your service. They also offer a phone payment plan so you can get a device you truly want and also add on accessories so u can walk out the door paying a little of nothing for what you really want. Really appreciate these guys and all they do

Angelina was absolutely a pleasure to work with! I had 2 phones to add to my account and another to add with a preexisting number. She was quick and efficient, courteous and professional. Highly recommend Cricket Wireless and especially this location!

I had been trying to transfer my number from Walmartfamily mobile to cricket for 4 days. Family mobile kept giving me excuses and promised they did it told me all was ok, every time I called they told me it was done. Finally I came to this sore and got help from Naya. First time she worked with me for an hour, family mobile just jersey me around. 2nd time I came in Naya helped me again. Was there again for almost am hour, but she got all of it worked out and finally I'm all set with Cricket thanks to Nays and her patience and thinking.
