Cumby's in Pepperell is a great place to get some inexpensive coffee or a cheap snack, if you're tired of paying practically $37 for small coffee at places like Dunkin' [DONUTS]. The employees are friendly and helpful, and I don't know why these people don't like Maria.

Absolutely the Best Customer Service for any of the Cumberland Farms I have been to....and...for any convenience store for that matter...always clean and friendly!

Cumberland Farms always has a huge selection of whatever you might need when traveling. Tons of options for coffee, cappucinos, hot chocolate, frosties, and any sugary drink you could possibly desire. Large selection of snacks and candy as well. Decent choices for prepared sandwiches and lunch foods. Place was very clean and also has a public restroom.

Great place to stop in for drinks and food. I definitely prefer the $1 coffee which I can make better than DD anyways. Snacks aren't the best price though and they need to be checked. I bought a snack for my son last year and when I got to the car and was about to give it to him, discovered that it was expired. The store is really nice and in great condition since they expanded to add the second half that used to be a pizza place, but they really need more parking.

Coffee machines have broken for months. Wrong cups, covers.Substituting cream for milk. Milk always empty. Staff is dirty. Prob.the worst cumberland farm around.

Be careful, the staff leave old coffee grounds above the ice coffee tubs until they make new pots.
So, if the ice coffee handle gets stuck and you dump a bunch of old, steaming, sticky coffee grounds on your arms? Don't expect the staff to be anything less than annoyed that you made a mess.

The new manager Maria is very rude and unprofessional!! I have always loved the staff at the Cumberland Farms in Pepperell, and then I encountered Maria whom was absolutely rude. I went in there to buy my sister cigarettes, and my children some snacks. I asked Maria if Marlboro Reds were the same as Regulars?? and she said that she could not sell me anything if I didn't know what I was buying. So, I went outside to ask my sister....and when I went back in to tell Maria what I wanted she did not ID me but instead wanted my sister's ID. No problem....after I had my sister go to the register and give Maria her ID (while I stayed by the car to watch the kids) I went to go pay for everything, and Maria would only take payment from my sister. My ID says 34 years and my sisters ID says 27 year...I looked up the law and as long as both of our ID's are over 18 years it does not matter whom hands her the money. She was rude and unprofessional. I even called all the local stores like 7/11 and told them the scenario, and the all agreed that I could pay as long as both IDs were of age. Maria has no customer skills, and she is rude and very unprofessional.

after a management change this place is pretty terrible. I love the old staffing however the place has a mean manager and it reflects throughout the store. too bad for the loyal employees. They are why I kept going back.

The parking lot is a complete nightmare. Nothing makes sense.. not enough spots...they put a damn shed in half the parking spots!!! Smh i pay extra at the full service next door to avoid this place at all costs.
