I am the manager at cricket wireless in Portland tx and have been since March of this year. I am truly blessed to be working at this location and have always been respectful helpful and courteous to our customers. If you ever have any complaints or questions feel free to come into the store and talk to me. And as far as the comment on here about a rep trying to keep money. That’s a lie. I was speeding from corpus just to refund their money which I didn’t have to it could’ve waited til Monday when I’m at work not on my day off but I always try to please my customers. Thank you everyone for the good ratings. Once again if you ever need anything come into my store and ask I will gladly help you.

Super friendly and incredibly helpful location, will definitely come back if I ever need anything. I was helped by the manager, and she informed me of the current plans and promotions and am now saving more money a month! Would recommend to everyone!!

Candy at the Portland store...went ABOVE and BEYOND....Extremely Helpful...and though I dont always understand my phone.. Hahaha...
She was very patient with me...and at times I didnt quite understand....she took the time to re-explain....KUDOS TO YOU CANDY.... I believe the other person was Sam??.. Sorry I'm bad with names...was trying to help as well...Thanks Ya'll🤗😊🤗😊🤗😊🎊🎉🎊🎉
