CVS

Been a customer here for 5 years. I’ve always received a warm welcome from the staff( Heena, Bilquis. Atiya) at the pharmacy and Doug in the front.

Doug provided extraordinary customer service, quite possibly the best customer service I have had all year! He was insightful about the product I was purchasing and an available promotion. He introduced me and assisted me with the getting signed up for the CVS Carepass subscription and gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the CVS app. Thus, I received absolutely outstanding customer service! Vincent was also able to direct me to available products.

Another pleasant visit picking up my prescriptions, the staff greeted me with a personal touch. Thank you.

Great Service.

I just have to say that Pierce was so helpful. He helped me complete my mazon returns. However, as he was helping me tape my packages up and apply the labels, a lady popped up out of nowhere just to tell him infront of me that he was not to do that and that the packages are to be taped before they were there. Thats fine. I had 5 and didnt complete all of them before i got there. Usually at some places you dont need to for certain items. It was my first time at this location. Anyways, she made a big scene in front of a customer, BUT he was his response that really stood out. He told me that however that may be true, the purpose is for employees in customer service, is to PROVIDE customer service. I continued to finish on my own while he apologized and helped me to the best of his ability. He said he will be going to college in 20 days so i want to wish him all the best in his future endeavors!!!! Just to clarify i give PIERCE 5 stars but i took 1 away for the ladys attitude, lack of leadership, and lack of customer service.

The pharmacy service has improved and very helpful and knowledgeable.
Service definitely depends on what time one goes.

They are often late and missing when my refill are due . The only thing i get is this CVS is located close to my home
