Faith, is absolutely amazing! She is like the calm during a storm. No matter how much chaos is happening in the store or how many docs I have to print she is always so cool, calm and collected. We should all be more like Faith! Also, UPS has the cheapest print prices for documents out of anywhere in Montgomery.

Super, super nice UPS Store! The people who work here are awesome! We came in today because we needed an odd sized box to pack something. We didn't need an actual shipping box so the lady recommended a moving box. The man working there found us the right size and even cut it down for us so it wouldn't be too long. The place had plenty of employees there to handle the crowd and everyone was very helpful.

I had a great experience at this UPS store today. I had to get a document notarized and also had to ship it. Alison helped me with all that. She even took copies of the documents for me as a suggestion. She did great! Thank you Alison!

sales associate was friendly and responsive. quick & easy. :-) if I'm in the area, this store is my current pick.

We have a personal mailbox (PMB) here and we love it! Porch pirates are a thing of the past! Their staff is really helpful and they always make sure we get our packages even when we forget to put our mailbox number. I prefer UPS over the post office (for a mailbox)

The owner and its staff are nice helpful considerate and efficient. Great staff and everything you would need and posting mailing, receiving and packing

Wonderful experience. Ms. Paige was extremely courteous, professional, and pleasant. She made time for all my questions and was able to help me send out all the bedding and pillows for my daughter moving into her dorm room next week with no problem. Ms. Paige also ensured that the package would arrive within the correct time window for the University package acceptance policy. Ms. Paige is an invaluable asset to The UPS Store (3465) in Montgomery, Alabama as well as UPS as a whole company image. Upon every visit to the Zelda Rd UPS store I receive 5 star customer service. Paige is always friendly and more than helpful assisting me with getting my documents notarized. I recommend Paige and the entire staff at this location to everyone.

This whole crew at the Zelda Road location: Brandon,Paige, Robert, and Josh; are always most helpful with any issue. They promptly answer calls about mail, and have any documents I need ready for me upon arrival. Whether it is via email or call, I’m always impressed with the professionalism of this great staff. I came in to return an amazon package, and inquired about something I thought would be very difficult to have today. I wanted over 20 labels for my bible study happening tonight. Josh gave me over four different options, described pricing and processes for each one to accommodate my request as soon as he could at the lowest possible price *instead* of just doing the easy option and turning me down.

Less than ten minutes later, I sent my image via my phone and had it printed and paid for.

Service like this is very rare!!! Beyond impressed!!! Know where any of my future business will be going!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Paige was a huge help yesterday! The entire staff was so kind helping others and were very busy. They took care of me and knew exactly what I needed! I will continue here for most of my mailing/shipping needs!!

Went into the store to ship large package and was immediately greeted by and assisted by Josh, and he gave me the best customer service experience I have ever received at this location, as long as Josh is a employee you can always count on me being a loyal customer.
