They are almost always extremely busy which explains the errors I have experienced and the long wait times. It's probably why they don't take the time to give you the best price based on what's available based on insurance requirements.

Drive thru is always closed (I’ve had ACL surgery), hours are cut back from regular pharmacy hours, and they are always out of my meds when it is time for my refill. It’s very frustrating.
