Amazingly friendly, and helpful staff. Only tiny complaint at all is that they're closed for a half hour during the day. Also being open for a few hours on Saturday would help out a lot of folks I think 🙂👍✌

This pharmacy gives misinformation by omission. I called them to make sure they would fill my scripts all at once and notify me when they were filled so I could have them mailed to me. Well 3 months later they still didn't have me on the auto fill program and kept saying "Well it takes a month to get on the program! Ha, more like 4 months. They also told me there would be no problem mailing them but failed to tell me they only mail twice a week when the post office is less than a block away. They told me I could keep track of my expiring scripts online, but failed to tell me they would have to verify me on their end in order for me to view my scripts. I was without my must have meds for over 10 days and they acted like it was no big deal when I was going through severe withdrawal from abruptly quitting the medication. Very rude to me when they should have known I was in distress. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had.

I wish that an open sign meant that the store was open on time

HYVEE makes it impossible to talk to a person!!!!! So frustrating!
