The Furniture Shoppe

Was shopping for a new chair. Nice store, good sales people. But store is NOT competitive with Lazboy Chair Store in Huntsville. The Huntsville store was selling at 30% off sale & The Furniture Shoppe would only offer 10%!!!
So we drive back to Huntsville to select our chair!!

Went in looking for a new recliner. Was greeted immediately and shown several different options. Sales person asked me questions to see exactly what I was looking for. Found the recliner I was wanting and it was set up for delivery by the end of the week! Will be back when I need more furniture!

What an awesome experience. So easy. From the showroom to the delivery. Amazing people! Amazing product! My husband and I love our new lazy boys!

Bought an expensive remote recliner. After 6 months advised the store of popping and jerking recline movement. They picked up the chair, kept it for a week, returned it, nothing has been done to it. Still jerks and pops when reclining. Very disappointed after paying premium price for chair.

Don't expect any customer service after the sale. I ordered a Lazyboy Couch and Loveseat with middle console and it was a little to big for the room I asked them if I could swap it out for something smaller and they said I could but wanted to charge me an additional $700. Same brand and color. Two loveseats without the middle console for a full size couch and loveseat with the console. Makes no sense. Just be sure you you are going to be happy with what you order because they will stick it to you after the sale.
