Really liked my visit. Great customer service

Do not buy from Mike's merchandise especially the one in guntersville they will tell you one price give you a receipt and debit your account on a total different price this should be against the law. This is a thief. Update Terri was very accommodating took care of the issue without any problems

This place is amazing. We have been driving by it for years and never stopped until today. I had the famous ribs and they were amazing! Perfectly cooked and a very good smokey flavor. My wife and daughter lived their food as well. The inside is also very cool. Very rustic with lots of best stuff to see. We will be back for sure.

Great deals and the cashiers were super friendly and helpful. One of the managers could use a bit of work on her customer service and people skills. As we were shopping, the manager could be heard yelling at the cashiers and while we were checking out, we were having a pleasant conversation with our cashier as she rang us up. The aforementioned manager walked up, loudly (and very brashly) instructed the cashiers to "hurry up, there is a line," ignoring the fact that we were standing there cashing out (there were 4 of us with 4 different transactions but we came together) then when the cashier wasn't fast enough to suit the manager, she loudly said "just... go take your break" (again very loud and brash about it), completely rushed us during the rest of our transactions, and then she all but pushed us out the door. (The manager has wavy/curly long, blonde hair, glasses, slim build).
Apparently this is common for her; we went back today to grab a few more deals before we headed home (we're not from the area) and when my friend mentioned something to the staff (basically apologizing that they had to work with someone like that and letting letting know they were doing an excellent job and to ensure that our cashier from the previous day knew we appreciated her as well), they apologized profusely and all but said they had heard that many times before. I would absolutely recommend Mike's as the bargains are hard to beat and the cashiers are super friendly and helpful, but would suggest giving the mentioned manager a wide berth while you're there.

This isn't just a Construction store. They have tools,clothing from t- shirts to formal Wear, jewelry, pet supplies,pool supplies,books, some groceries,first aid items, gardening supplies,hardware,paper goods, housewares,school supplies,sunglasses, and way more! The inventory changes every time you go! You will love it!

Its awesome if ya like to bargain hunt. We bought a yearly pass, fairly inexpensive, I go every couple months or so. Bought 10 packs of Peets coffee for a $1.

Went to the new mikes bins yesterday so much has changed now and it's awesome! Great quality merchandise and good prices! We will definitely be back!

I love this place. A great variety of msde especially books. I got a great 1901 Minnesota Horticulture book for .50.

Never know what you will find. Plan to spend some time here.

You never know what you're going to find here. The downside is that when it's hot there's no air conditioning they have fans to move the air around but it's still hot and there's lots of space. But you always find some incredible Bargains and fun stuff.

A magical menagerie of treasures and trash intermingled. This place has soooo much but you have to look...and it is a huge place. I saw car hoods,central heat/air conditioning units, books, tools, and every bolt bit and bob in existence. A new favorite place. Friendly staff too!

Buncha random stuff that costs less than other places.

A scratch and dent for tools. Well maintained, clean, and helpful and friendly staff. They had clothes and food containers too. A well rounded store. But I love the choices. I will be back.

You want it they got it just about anything text me several hours to look over the store if they don't have it this time they might have it next week lots of new stuff lots of shipments coming in and out great place to go shopping no food just items for the household some clothing tools books odds and ends

I love Mike's! Inventory always changes. Like a box of chocolates, you'll never know what you'll find! I loved Huntsville's store and have visited Decatur's. Just bought a home in Guntersville and thrill to death it's close by!!!

Really nice since they have moved the store to the other side of the building. Clean and very organized. All the workers who made that happen, give yourself a pat on the back.

Got a great deal on masking tape, strapping tape, fire logs, ammo box, jumper cables.
If you need odd nuts, bolts, screws, nails, well, this is the place!

Love love love this store. Always amazing staff amazing prices and great products and you save so much money coming here. We love you guys keep up the great job

We love this place because it always has great prices, and because the staff members are always smiling and friendly! Whenever we come we usually end up spending a couple of hours here just looking around at everything.
