I stopped by this location to move my phones and numbers over to AT&T service. The staff (Payton and Ethan) were amazing. They made the process extremely easy and seemless. I'd rhighly ecommend this location!

My experience with this store has been awesome the last couple of years. They always inform me of the best offers and help keep the bill down. Most recently they noticed we were eligible for a Healthcare worker discount of some kind and applied a 25% discount to our bill. They always stay on it and keep seeing if they can find a way to help me get what I'm looking for even if it's a weird request like selling us an iphone SE that's supposed to be for prepaid plans, or most recently when doing a convoluted cross upgrade.

Ethan is the man. Guy knows his stuff and works very hard to provide excellent customer service and meet your expectations I’d give 10 starts

Austin is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I bought a replacement phone online and tried to set it up with the customer service line for almost 30 minutes. They told me the sim was defective and I had to go to a location. In the end, totally worth the mistake. The card was not defective and Austin set it up in minutes. He also aided me with getting the protective equipment on the phone. Great service!

A little background...I switched my service to AT&T yesterday while out of town. My Internet was not working when I got home, but I figured it would be fine later in the evening. It was not. I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support last night, having multiple disconnect sessions, and repeating everything I said 4 to 5 times each. The last customer service rep suggested that I get a new sim card.

I arrived at the Guntersville Store around 10:26AM today. I explained the situation to Clifford and he sympathized with my frustration. He was so patient and went above and beyond to help me. We spent two additional hours on the phone with Apple Support, who's resolution was for me to factory reset my phone. We did so, and it still do not fix the issue. Apple support told us we needed to escalate the issue with AT&T. Clifford called on my behalf and reached Advanced Technical Support faster than I could on my phone. In the meantime and after two hours on the phone with Apple Support, Reuben arrived. Clifford explained my situation to Reuben while we were on the phone with Advanced Tech Support....Ya'll...Reuben had my phone in his hand less than 10 minutes and he FIXED the problem. FINALLY, a resolution to a 5 hour ordeal came to fruition!

I am super impressed by both Clifford and Reuben. These two went above and beyond, provided me with Excellent customer service, and resolved my issue. I really, really appreciate Clifford and Reuben!
