Rachel and her team are amazing. My husband and I went in and he got an in-depth evaluation and left with hearing aids to try. They have checked to see how he is doing and if adjustments are needed. His hearing issues are very complex and I feel like they really took the time to understand his challenges. I took my Dad in because I knew he needed hearing aids. While we were there I got my hearing tested, although I do have slight hearing loos the ringing in my ears is my problem. The staff informed me the hearing aids can help with this but it is like 1% of the cases. We tried them and WOOO HOOO I am one of the 1%. I highly recommend you visiting Quality Hearing Health Care. I got hearing aids here a little over a year ago here. Rachel and her staff went above and beyond when I needed help or if anything has happened. I'm one of those rare cases where if something's gonna happen it's gonna be me. She worked with me found out the issues and got it fixed in a timely manner.
