Love this place! Got my very first gun from here and I will not buy anywhere else! Anything you want specifically if they don’t have it they will order it for you! My guys are Dave, Mac, and the owner Rich. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Love this place. The location isn’t great but I make the drive.

One of the best stores by far. I have bought a lot of guns in a lot of stores. Today I had the pleasure of going to Blue Line, never mind and the impressive selection in stock, the employees were some of the best! One common thing with gun stores besides inventory is the help or lack of, I’m tired of gun bunnies and kids who know nothing. Here is where Blue Line shines. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, but more so friendly! It seems the gun world is crowded by questionable help, not at Blue Line! Service and selected on was top notch.I drove an hour pass several other gun stores to go here and will happily do it again.

I was referred to another gun store in the area; which gave me false information and didn't seem like they wanted to help me. I then called Blue Line and was given the correct information and was treated so nicely on the phone that I decided to go into the store. I am so glad I did, they helped me immensely from start to finish; a GREAT EXPERIENCE!. A great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will go back there again to do more business. Rich and his staff are patient, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Whether you are a first time purchaser or a firearms enthusiast, you'll appreciate the selection of products in this store. Rich had run a small business out of his home for a few years before expanding to this new location. He's always come through for me and, judging by what I hear from others, many are pleased to work with him.

I could not be more satisfied with this place. I purchased my firearms in Blue Line's location in Elmsford, New York and this location in Connecticut is just as awesome and amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, upfront, and courteous are a few of the first thoughts that come to mind. I will continue to do business with Blue Line because of their superb customer service.

Still one of the best places I've been to. With respect to knowledge and assistance: any question you have will be answered appropriately, any request you have can be secured reasonably. I've compared pricing, still some of the best prices to date. If you're searching for something specific and you don't find it on premise, the staff will gladly assist you with procurement. My first purchase was with Rich about 5 years ago, and I've been to other places since. However, the experience I've had at Blue Line is incomparable. Rich even recognized my name after 5 years. If this isn't your first stop, you're wrong.

Definitely a better experience than most firearms retailers. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need based on their fandom. Will be ordering another rifle from them soon.

What a great place. They are patient, take their time to let you inspect, ask questions, and give honest answers. I have total confidence in my purchases from them, and will continue to frequent their shop. Keep up the great service and selection. One of the items I wanted, they were out of stock in, and they got if for me in a couple of days. Love keeping the business local and not at the BIG BOX where they don't provide the personalized experience.

My late husband left a pistol, couple of rifles and black powder guns, that I was totally ignorant about how to get rid of them. Rick from Blue Line came to the house and was very professional about the required paperwork for the transfer of the guns, that he then put on consignment sale. In less than 3 months he was able to sell all of them and send me a check for more than I expected.

The owner is very knowledgeable and professional. Store is in a great location and classes are offered for people interested in attaining their permits. I am a huge fan of the store and had a great experience shopping here. It's not everyday you can shop without being sold a million useless things, instead I was sold what I wanted and shared laughs and great conversation with someone who has alot of experience in law enforcement and firearms. I highly recommend Blue Line Firearms.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Rich, Dave, and Connor are always very helpful they don't mind taking the time to explain a firearm you may not be familiar with or just chat with you and have a laugh. They're not pushy and even if they don't have what you're looking for in stock they will order it in for you. I can only say if you are in the market for something new or used you should check them out!!

I have made 4 major purchases from Blueline in the last year and have been impressed with their expertice and handling of my purchases under the extremely difficult market conditions of the past year. They have also done a great job working through backlogs at the State level as well as ammunition shortages. Their store if often flooded with inexperienced or first time buyers which has no doubt made it a tough situation for the staff. All of that being said, I would recomend them for any firearm purchase or sale. They also have a great training program available, which several familiy members and friends have attented. Lastly, I appreciate the fact the the ownership comes from a law enforcment background, so I know I'm dealing with the "good guys".

The Guys at Blue line make you feel like family the minute you walk in, the have a wide range of New and Used firearms, Ammo, Gear, but most importantly professionalism, knowledge, and experience to get your needs met. They also install and make adjustments right on the spot!

I went in just to look and ended up purchasing my gun from them. I could have saved a few dollars elsewhere but I try to support local businesses if the prices are close. I found their helpfulness and patience and willingness to spend time with me and show me everything and answer all my questions was well worth the few extra dollars. They are all very nice and helpful and give good advice instead of saying whatever it takes just to make a sale. I am very happy with my purchase of xds 9mm and am now looking at a few other guns and will definitely purchase from them. They are also very willing to order a gun they dont have in stock instead of trying to make me buy one from their stock.
