Salesperson Mattie was awesome. She was so patient and kind and helpful. She knew just what she was doing. She was really attentive to our needs. She's the best person that I've personally dealt with since being with Cricket. Y'all should give her a huge raise. And make her regional manager. Maybe she could teach those other bozos how to do their job right. She was simply amazing.

Mattie was very helpful and knew everything I had questions about! There was a rude customer in the store when I was there and she handled the situation with grace and poise. 5 stars to her service because I wouldn’t have handled it as well as she did!!

I don't normally write reviews unless the customer service is soo poor it needs to be put on blast or the opposite where I encounter customer service that I feel goes above and beyond what is necessary which is extremely rare and recently I had a very pleasant experience with Cody from Cricket Wireless. She is the manager at the Washington Missouri store. I was a manger in customer service for 15 years in Los Angeles and I definitely would have used Cody as a standard. The patience, attention to detail and knowledge of the product along with the true concern regarding my issues with my current cell carrier was comforting and truly appreciated, thank you Cody, well done!

I am new to the cricket experience and so far I've been treated like family. I was drawn to customer service as I wasn't pushed into anything I didn't ask for and I respect that. Larry was a great sales rep and made it easy.
