Today, I had the unfortunate experience of the store clerk throwing my tobacco products in the air, laughing, dropping them on the floor, and then putting them on the counter to sell them to me. I was so astonished by this behavior, my only thought was to turn around immediately and leave the store without making any purchases. This level of unprofessionalism is too much to deal with. I don't recommend anyone shopping here, as this was just one of the numerous incidents that have occurred regarding sanitation.

This place is absolutely horrible..... the first offense was to my nose, the store smells of sewage and the customer service stinks just as bad the woman that works there is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I also was gabbing a few extra straws when I was told she was going to have the other rude employee charge me $.35 for EACH straw, because she has to keep account of each straw. As she was saying this the other employee made a disparaging remark about me. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!!! I mean at least wait until I leave the store before making rude comments about a customer.

What's the point of being 24 hours if they are never available at the service window? I have been by here almost nightly and there is never someone there, it gets quite frustrating pressing the service button and no one is there to help customers. I've seen the line get very long with people just waiting. Change your hours or at least get rid of the service window. I end up having to go to speedway up the street but their selection is very minimal. You guys are losing a lot of customers at this time and I see why.

The absolute rudest and apathetic employees I have ever met. Why even have the store open? They are getting paid to watch things on their phones and be rude to customers. Store always smells terrible. Why have a service window for 24h service when employees just hide in the back and don't come to the window. Someone higher up really needs to get this place in shape.

I so enjoyed how their motto states "DK making your day a little easier" yet they didnt have a restroom I could use. I understand its covid but as a traveler a pit stop is a necessary. Lets just say they didn't make my day easier. I suggest changing your sign. I could not give a lower score than a 1.

They are unwelcoming. The company that bought the place didn't change a lot of stuff in there. It looks a lot like when 7eleven was there. Not much that's new there. The only reason why we get gas there sometimes is because their close to our place. Circle k is way nicer and will treat u like family.

Rude older woman who clearly hates her job.. Should probably get rid of her or put her in the back... Went there 10/12/21 - about 10 am... Super rude, felt unwelcomed, especially bad considering we have a lot of people from out of town this time of year.

Once again the worthless manager makes me ask for a bag soon buying 4 drinks y'all just refuse to get it right at dk I see I'ma take this to Facebook maybe it'll get y'all's attention then

I didn’t even want give it the full one star.. staff there are rude mainly morning shift my husband and I go there all the time we live across the street and they are not very welcoming people and the manager is the one who is rude to people

This gas station should be closed. The employees are rude constantly, the close whenever they want to,and it always always smells like sewage inside. I don't even like getting cigarettes from here
