My shopping experience was great. The prices were good and the customer service was excellent!! The lady, she seemed as if she could have been the manager of the store, was very polite and helpful. She suggestively tried to sell me a candle, and personally walked me through the store showing me their inventory. I ended up buying one, and will come back for the good prices and customer service.

Management staff is awesome!!! Assistant manager Makayala Watson was extremely helpful!!! They even had inventory that appealed to a old white man!!! Really enjoyed my shopping experience there!!! Highly recommend this store for your clothing needs!!!-Papa-Joe

I love this place!!! I've literally bought so many clothes from here! if you love Altar'd State but don't want to spend $80 on a sweater you can get the same thing at this place for 1/10 the price!

I found good deals on name brand clothes for my whole family here. Top brands offered here are Vans, Aeropastle, American Eagle, Puma, Southern Outfitters, Adidas, Realtree, and Fox Motocross.

Shopping experience in this store with the manger and Makalya today was totally unprofessional, also was simply asking a question about the pricing of a pair of shoes that were clearance. I am a very out spoken person and for them to be unprofessional to ask me to leave the store over something so simple is very uncalled when I told the cashier that this was not great customer Serivces skills. Because no one welcome us in the store the store is not very inviting. This has been the worst experience that I have had in retail from company I use to love and for them to being unprofessional and also being discriminated towards with shopping with my girlfriend. I will never shop here again and I have already called corporate to speak to James about this store this is very unacceptable.

Today I went into the store and first off, no one spoke to me as I walked in I just thought they may have been busy so I continued to go in the store and shop. As I continued to shop I asked a question about a shirt in my size with a nasty look on her face she continued to tell me she didn’t know …. It’s okay to not know but it’s not okay to talk or have an attitude with a customer that has done no wrong. I am very professional and would not have disrespected anyone as I have worked in retail in past that is not how you approach customers, I felt judged for shopping in the plus size section when I asked if there was a bigger size I am just like anyone else my size does not define me. I did not see any other employees this time of the day I left the store upset and I will not be returning.

On Saturday 4/24 I stopped in the store as I do when I am able to get to the area. I had loved the store in the past. As I walked up to the door I could hear an employee shouting from inside. As I opened the door she continued her loud conversation with a man and I was never greeted. As I walk around the store she continues her shouting conversation with the man about a girl who started work and didn't want to work and was getting evicted so she should want a job. In my mind I'm thinking as a manager of a business myself. This was highly nit professional. She continues about said person. In my mind the poor person probably quit because of this employee. She was a blonde lady in her 40s. As I continued to look around she shouts to someone in the dressing room about 2 items per room a few times. Needless to say. I will not be returning because I felt anxious the whole isn't and it is sad because I use to love shopping here .
