Dollar General

I had the pleasure of shopping at the Dollar General located in Lynnwood, Illinois. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the store. The shelves were all faces and the floors were clean and clutter free. I then met (the manager) Chris. I needed help finding a product, not only did he tell me where to find it but he walked me to it and grabbed it for me as it was out of reach. Next, I had the pleasure of meeting "D" at checkout. There was an issue with the cash register D called Chris up to help and boom the line moved quickly and the young men kept their cool and spoke to every customer going on and out. Great customer service .. and prices! Download their app and go check them out!

Quick in and out. Had the items I wanted a reasonable prices and in stock.

Staff was very friendly! An associate named Mummy was very professional and helpful. We need more staff that conduct themselves like that in our community. Store needs more inventory but other than that a good experience.

The store needs to get their telephones working...I left an item in the store,called to see if they had it but the phone number listed couldn't connect.....
