Rite Aid

I didn't get her name but the gal working the counter Wednesday at 5pm was doing an absolutely amazing job and had impeccable customer service with smile. Just thought she should get some well deserved recognition.

I am totally impressed with how Rite Aid handled the Covid19 vaccination scheduling. I tried calling Safeway to ask about their system and I couldn't even talk to a live person. I used Rite Aid's website to schedule an appointment easily. I arrived on time and was guided to a table in the middle of the store where I gave them my info and got my vaccination card. I had to wait for 10 minutes for the actual shot and there were chairs set up 6' apart. In any event, I've switched from Safeway to Rite Aid for my prescriptions. Their service then and since earned my loyalty.

I have gone to several pharmacy's in the area. These folk get the prescription filled faster than anyone else. Two days for Safeway on 15th really does not make it. They are friendly and help with issues'

I have been with RiteAid for years! And within all of the department's in the Longview store they are very well managed and the staff is awesome.

Picked up prescription from drive up employee was very attentive and polite he both greeted me and appropriate exit greeting

The poor people working definitely need help. They are trying but just don't have enough people

The people were so much help and went out of there way to help me find what I was looking for .

Friendly and very very clean

I have always had a nice experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will say, that the store esthetic is a bit dismal, and the theory they are not ordering anything because they are getting items from other stores that closed, seems a bit much, and there are so many empty shelves, looks like it was one that was getting ready to close. This is certainly not the fault of the employees working at the store, and they explain it great.

This location is much better than most of it's stores in the neighboring counties. I've never been a fan of Rite-aid, but in comparison to it's other locations, this one takes the cake!

As always rite aid has nice friendly workers. The store offers a homely feeling, if your looking for something you'll find it.
