They have been nothing but friendly and patient at every visit, showing willingness to answer all my questions and even find humor in our conversations. I was greeted at the door every time I visited and did not have to wait long for help.

I was so happy that Sandra help me with adding screen and camera protection film to my new phone because I'm so terrible at it.

Tanner was very diligent and informative with helping me to send my trade in back and Mel was super friendly and engaging!

What a great team at this location and I'll be back for my next trade in!

Gabby the new store manager is great! She convinced me on upgrading my old phone and took her time to help me set up my new one. She was patient and kind and I would recommend her 100%.

Emily and Sandra were two of the most pleasant experiences I had the pleasure to end my day with yesterday evening. Each lady showed a genuine concern and effort to resolve my sim card issues. They made a frustrating all day event more bearable. They left me thankful in spite of my current problem. They are assets to AT&T!

We went here to have our number transferred from Metro to ATT. The Assistant manger Arie and was AMAZING!!!!. She was very patient and did not get frustrated with Metro when I would have. I would definitely recommend this location if you want GREAT!!! customer service

I usually don’t write reviews but I couldn’t help but admire the dedication a particular employee had. This particular employee was not only dedicated, but also extremely patient and knowledgeable about AT&T and it’s services. I came in a few days ago after having issues connecting my smart watch to the wireless network. I contacted AT&T over the phone but was prompted to do the same futile fix over and over again. Abby was extremely patient and was a major advocate for me. I waited for several hours on the phone at the AT&T store but Abby never gave up and saw to it that I got resolve. Right before I left the store it worked! Thanks Abby for all of your help. I hope that a manger sees this and rewards him for his great work!
