Ashley was seriously SO HELPFUL the last time my girlfriend and I were there! We had a couple of pieces that were broken that needed replacing as well as single earrings needing a new pair and she patiently and kindly helped us sort out what was needed for each piece one by one. Even when the store suddenly got very busy, she maintained the same level of kindness and attentiveness like we were the only people in the store. She was very knowledgeable of sales and promotions and helped us get a great deal on all of our pieces. Thank you, Ashley, for everything!!

I just want to thank Maris (I prob spelt it wrong, I’m sorry) was absolutely such a kind soul. Sometimes I forget how awesome and thoughtful people can be. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!! We will def be back! Also Litzy (prob spelled it wrong too) was very sweet too!!! Made me and my daughters night special! See yall soon!!!!❤

I love the location and the variety at this store. All of the sales associates are very friendly and eager to help. One sales associate in particular was so helpful when I was purchasing several teacher gifts in May. She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and put together a few custom options for me as well at the color bar. I had about 7 or so gifts and she even took the time to gift wrap and label them for me. My best experience at KS, thank you Jaime B!!!

The sales team here was very helpful. They assisted us with making our final selections and overall had a pleasant experience. This location is a smaller store and a wide selection of clearance options.

It's just amazing girls working there,so helpful dressed very nicely and all Kendra is so attractive on them.Great job ladies and defenetly coming back soon!

Maris goes above and beyond in the customer service department. I called this morning and she walked me through my color bar options without having to come in the store. She sent me pics of side by side so that I could make the right decision between two colors. She made the whole process super simple and easy and was so friendly. When shopping at this location, you will be so lucky if you get to work with her!!

Very well kept Kendra Scott and it was the least crowded of the others I've visited on the weekends. They seemed to have less in stock than the other locations though so I ended up driving to The Woodlands to get the necklace that I wanted. But this is a very convenient location!

This Kendra Scott location is the best one!! They have the nicest and most helpful staff. Lexi and Aliya have top tier quality customer service and soooo much patience when selecting styles, stones, colors, etc. They remember my mom and I every single time as if we were the best of friends! We always want to come back to this location because of the amazing service. Thank you!!

Melody and Maris helped me while I was there for over an hour picking out earrings at the color bar and these two ladies were awesome... especially Maris... who was helping every step of the way!! Thanks for the best customer service ladies!💞👍🙏

Sue was AMAZING it was raining horrible that day. I had to run across the parking lot. I had screen shot what I was getting my wife and my best friends wife for their birthdays. I showed her my phone, she called the back and I was out of there in 5 min. Awesome experience. They had what I wanted to get. The customer service was impeccable even through I was dripping wet from the monsoon that I had to run through and got water all over the store!!!! Thank you Sue for awesome service.

I came in with a necklace and earrings set that began to have some color defect...she took care of the situation and went above and beyond. Thank you SO MUCH for your incredible service!

Always ask for Arely!!! She is the epitome of customer service. She helped me pick out a birthday gift for one of my girl friends and it was the easiest yet most enjoyable experience! She asked me a few questions to understand my wants and needs and picked out the PERFECT cuff earrings. I even got a pair for myself! I will never ask for anyone besides her. Thank you Kendra Scott and thank you Arely for the amazing customer service!

I’m so glad there’s a location in Cypress now! I brought my daughter in today for her birthday, and most of the staff was so sweet and welcoming! My cashier (Arely C - young girl with monogrammed mask) was super accommodating to my daughter and even put the necklace on her before leaving.
We will definitely be back to purchase from this location from now on.
My only complaint was an older woman who was working the next register. (I didn’t get her name) She wasn’t friendly, and never smiled, even when I was asking her questions. Made it seem as if me having a child in the store was an inconvenience. It’s okay though, still 5 stars because Arely was fabulous!

Today, I went to the Towne Lake Boardwalk KS store to review the new release. Lexy (who has helped me before), had SO much patience to help me pick my stone colors... Aliya was also GREAT with me when checking out. Great job Shanelle!

I had never shopped at Kendra Scott. Ever. Until today for my birthday. I was clueless on everything but Kristine the assistant manager was so helpful and so sweet she helped me with every step gave me ideas and at the end i got earrings and a bracelet custom all because of her help. I’d definitely go back to shop again.

This is store absolutely the best KS location. The ladies that work here are always such a joy to be around, so helpful, and so personable. I have never ever had a bad experience in this location! They always go above and beyond.
