Very helpful, If you need help finding something in the OTC area the pharmacy staff is very helpful in helping you find what you're looking for... if your script isn't available or ready they will tell you when to expect it .

I love this CVS!! Staff is friendly, courteous & knows most people by name when you drive up. Been with them 25 yrs

Have been filling my prescriptions here for years and will continue to the pharmacy girls are like family to me love them all!!! And the store itself is always neat and clean and they have a lot of things I prefer that are newer items (The local Walmart takes months to get new things at times ) so I don’t have to go to Target or Beaumont or Port Arthur they always have the newest beauty items etc !!! I went to minute clinic here. I saw a NP named Nicole. She was AMAZING! She absolutely went above and beyond

Lately a little longer wait times, but always courteous at pharmacy and especially friendly at front counter.

CVS is costly. Always. The staff is helpful and friendly.

This place is good to come in and Get something that you need quick without waiting in long lines.

This is a very clean store. It's also fairly new. The only issue that I have is that they are expensive.

I like this store but I like to get my prescriptions at Walmart cuz they're cheaper there.

Extremely long wait time majority of the time in both the store and pharmacy

The store I go to would get a4 to 5 rating but with the news that they know better than your doctor brings it down. So when your doc writes a script for three weeks ,for let's say a broken bone or shoulder surgery, CVS is only f going to fill 7 days off it. Does that mean that we will have to pay 3 copays instead of one, or are they going to fill entire script and you have to come back every 7 days. Either way it is not their job to do that. If they want to keep records of high dispensing docs then that is another matter but they do not know an individuals tolerance to pain or the medical condition that required the script in the first place.

My daughter stepped on a tack toady, so I called CVS to ask if they could give her a tetanus shot. They asked her age. I said 11.they said yes. Bring her in. We do not live close by. We came all the way here, waited on line for a long time, gave the pharmacy out info and waited again for a while, then she said, "We can't give it to her because of her age."
