Tyler, Paul and Sheryl are absolutely fantastic🌈 to be honest with you that that’s the reason why I go to your UPS store. They have such a great sense of humor and a wonderful personality. They greet you with a smile laugh, and they know your first name.🌈. It’s not just a UPS store. It’s a Hometown UPS store and that’s how they treat you.🌈. I would totally 1000,000 bazillion percent recommend doing business with that location. I rate it an A+++++++++++++++ they always go above and beyond the call of duty🌈🌈🌈

The Medford UPS Store is incredibly helpful. During a busy time of the year, they took the time to help me plan out my business print order. I was able to review the finished product and they made sure it met my expectations.

Everytime I Go In To The store in Medford NJ No Matter the help I Need Everyone that works in that store are very helpful in a good mood ready to be Professional and patient. I actually drive from a different town and would rather go see them with my returns And packages and Things I Need Printed out (Like Labels) then go to my Post Office Great Job To Them All

No cap, no kizzy, no Glock, no glizzy, them boys got the forsizzy. They be doing all these shows, I've been on the road, I don't care where I go, long as I get paid.

What wonderful service I received today. During all my panic, I didn't even catch her name. Maybe 30s or 40s shoulder length black hair. I was there as soon as the store opened. She opened the door for me. Helped me with everything I needed and never took her focus of my needs. To whom ever you are I thank you from my whole heart. Wonderful 😀

I came to this UPS location after a long day at work. I had a very large package and there were no spots in front of the store… so I did my best, trying to manage the box from the parking lot. I struggled for less than a minute when a sweet, young, employee came running to help me! It was so uplifting and great customer service- I went to open the door for him but his coworker was already there to help - I will return for all my package needs! Thank you

Always great service, though I usually only use them for Amazon returns. They never seem to be flustered even when there's a line of folks!!! I do miss the butterscotch candies though. :-)

Lovely store with good people and a manager that knows how to run a store properly. Take these low reviews for this UPS with a grain of salt, as I spoke with the manager before and heard the stories behind these ill fated reviews. They were made by customers who abused the employees here and left these bad reviews in pure spite.

UPS store in Medford five stars is the limit on online ratings but give the UPS store and UPS a 100 out of 5 stars because of great service, the cashier was and she was able to give me the cheapest option which was two days ground. Second was the good timing of the driver. While I was As soon as the casher has place my envalope in the package and placed the shipping label, he grabbed it and loaded up on his truck. The final thing was it got me out of a jam that I was in this week with an item and UPS sent to it destination quicker than the postal service. Overal I had a great experience and service at the UPS store in Medford and tend to ship with UPS in the future.

Just visited this location to get my license motorized for a copy and you could not meet a bunch of much nicer guys . Both guys in there are excellent and when I read the negative reviews I have to say sorry you must have had a bad day because this place is excellent and I would not hesitate to come back . Well done guys and you don’t deserve some of the negative reviews I read here

Very pleasant transaction.

After being nearly harassed by my local post office, I decided to mail my package from UPS, I went in furious and was quickly relieved by the quality service I received, needless to say I’m not going back to USPS
