The book store is a hidden gem on Farish Street. They have some hard to find stuff. A must see and visit when you are in the area.

I absolutely love this store. The owner is very nice and I love our conversations every time I see her. They always have everything I need, and if by chance they don’t have it in the store, she will happily order it for you and call you when it comes in. I definitely would recommend this store!!

This is the oldest black owned bookstore in America. It is my favorite place in Mississippi, and the owner is one of the most spectacular black women I have ever met. I cannot endorse this place strongly enough.

Can't wait to go back and visit! I learned that this is the oldest black owned bookstore in America! The owner was so warm and friendly! Never knew this gem was in my hometown!

A very good minority owned Christian bookstore. It has stood the test of time. It is one of few black owned businesses located in the historic Farish Street District. They have been in the same location over 45 years.
