Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I just love giving this review!
We were traveling through the area and this was to be our one meal for the day.
We ordered the special (I believe it was something like a jalapeño pepper jack double burger with fries and a milkshake).
The manager was the one who served us and he was informative and helpful, fast and efficient. The food was oh so good! The price was less than McDonald’s too.
We all were exclaiming about the delicious food. The burger was just out of this world!
The milkshake still nice and chilled by the time I’d finished my meal! Keep up the great work! It’s obvious you all have it together!

If I could put more stars I would. If your a trucker at any truckstop nearby this is where you want to go. Prices are great, food is amazing, and it even has a small grocery section. This place is worth a 5 minute walk and you'll appreciate what you spend here

My 1st time here and the service was great as was my butter pecan ice cream and french fries. The location was very convenient, in the parking lot of the loves truck stop.

I went to the grocery store and did not get cooked food. Best milk prices at this store. When I have gotten hamburger s from them recently it has been reheated in microwave and dried out. They always freshly made their hamburger s when you ordered. Now most drive inns precooked their hamburger and warm them up in microwave to put food out fadter. Even when I told them I wasn't in a hurry please make it fresh for me. They said they would but they didn't

Tried the burger and the banana split. Prices are awesome for that banana split and it tastes so good! No complaints!

Absolutely a positive place to enjoy a meal and do some shopping. My meal was under $10 with a drink and it was delicious. Im heading back there shortly.
The staff is friendly with genuine smiles plenty of seating, clean just a great experience.

Ok place super clean. People extremely friendly and service ..OMG !! Wish everyone was this fast. Geeeeeee they finished my order before I could even sit down and it was correct. I couldn't believe it was my order lol thought it was someone else's lol well we'll done people. This is what you call well organized and managed establishment. Thank you for my first time experience at this place. I never been to a Brains before. I'll defently be back !! This staff did an outstanding job !!

I am from San Francisco $4 is just a small Cup of regular Coffee there but in Braum’s Ice Cream & Diary Store it’s a big plate of Ice Cream with tons of flavors and smashed nuts…

So we don’t have these in New England….I’m so happy these guys are here and some locations even have truck parking! Double nacho cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate milkshake under $10!!! Made to order…and a small grocery store prices fairly! Well done

I would add lots of stars if i could..my husband and I are truck drivers so this place is awesome..its next to a Loves truck stop..it has a little grocery store inside your basic needs its there bread, meat, milk etc.. their burgers are awesome very delicious…people should start adding this places to truck stops….very cheap as well we felt like they do appreciate truck drivers by putting this kind of services for us Thank you!!!!!

The professionalism and respect from Christopher at this location is unmatched. Always does an outstanding job with a remarkable attitude. That one person makes it worth it to go out of my way to visit this location.

They added enough jalapenos to supply a small army. And ate every single one of them. The only upgrade to their jalapeno pepper jack burger is probably to fry the jalapenos.

Great food large portions and tastes delicious. Reasonable prices. Worth the stop, will be coming back for sure. 👍👍👍👍

Only my second or third time at Braum’s and the young man Dallas, at the counter who took my order twice, ( I came back for ice cream later) was extremely delightful . He was very friendly & welcoming and patient while I figured out what I wanted. It’s so great to see young people with exemplary customer service skills. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at braums today.( on Morgan road) I ordered my food and it did take a bit of a wait. But, meia was so professional and kind. She replaced my drink and was not rude about it. This lady is awesome! Great customer service skills and super friendly. Thank you meia 👏👏. We need more like you!

First time at a Brahms. Had a great cheeseburger and fries. Slight problem with my order but Alisha checked with me and fixed what was wrong. I saw her check with everyone to make sure their orders were as requested. We don’t have Brains on the west coast, so this was a real treat for me!

First time ever at a Braum's hamburgers.Almost had a displeased experience. Because the guy/ manager in the back would not allow the cashier to modify my order to meet my dietary needs. Hello, not everyone eats pork! And we shouldn't be shorted on our limeted choices because so. But thanks to Mia taken the time to listen . And the being understanding and empathetic to my needs. And my food being great" made by Mia". And Morgan 's professional service at the register. My 1st experience at Braum's was great.

First time ever trying Braum’s. Wish we had them in Houston. This place was clean and service was great. They were very friendly. Food was delicious. Cashier recommended the jalapeño burger and I loved it. Can get either a shake at no extra cost or a drink. I chose the chocolate chip shake. They have multiple options. There’s a store inside as well. Food is fresh and cheap as well. Two meals for $20. Definitely coming back!
