This has got to be the nastiest, dirtiest, filthiest 7-11 in Oklahoma. The fountain drink section is horrible and never stocked. Never any coffee cups or creamer. Something’s always broke. Even the ATM doesn’t work. Who manages this store? They should be embarrassed and fired!

I suffer from a Lupus-related ilness called Raynaud's which, when cold constricts all blood flow from my fingers. The LAST day i will ever step foot into this 7-11, my fingers were completely white and in pain.
I live with these disorders 24/7. I do, however walk forward and maintain a daily life.

This day i wanted to put gas in my vehicle. Yep, it hurt putting my hand in my pocket to retrive funds. When i did retrive them, i open the bill up and put it on the counter. The clerk, Ray had a horrible look on his face. When i asked if he was ok, he said. "i dont like people throwing money at me."

I actually looked around to see who did throw money at him. During the entire transaction his behavior was loathing and hateful. Then it clicked that he was speaking about me. I went ahead and put gas in my car while pondering this. Well, no- that IS NOT how you treat customers- no excuses. So i returned back to let Ray know about my condition, saw he was busy and i informed another employee, then the assistant manager.

Ray continue the disgust, never appologizing, nothing.

I get there are bad days, long days and days you just dont want to be there. GET- there are many customers who are also suffering being human. In my case, i deal with an extreme amount of pain and i manage what i do and cant do when i leave my house. This day- yes i was suffering and you cant tell. I came in with a smile on my face, i even asked if YOU were OK? If you are in the service industry and treat customers like that- you are failing your employer, failing your customer...and your failing yourself.

Its an extra mile to the other 7-11. I happen to love the management and staff at 50th and MacArther. See you there!

A clerk shot a harmless dog, they then left the dog out back. 7 / 11 is doing nothing about, no charges pressed never going here again.
