Mr. Justin in the shoe department was so very helpful in helping us find shoes n boots sizes that finally fit my daughter n grandson. Justin was ever so ready to help us to our satisfaction and we still were able to all laugh at a few funny moments.
Ms Hanna at check out gave me my discounts and found more to give my daughter on opening an account. It was a great deal for an awesome purse she found. Great shopping day!

Katherine at the Harlem and Irving Kohl's store was super helpful and worked so great at the register! Especially as crazy as the store was the night before Christmas Eve. She and her other fellow cashier's had the line moving fast and that line was very long!

Only ever had one bad experience at this store which was a long time ago, but recently it’s been great. Employees are very nice and work hard especially in the Amazon Returns section. Sometimes you will get long lines because people are literally returning 30+ items but that’s not the stores fault.

It's been a while since I came to this place. They have a huge selection of inventory. You can see a lot of staff where they will assist you and help you if you need anything. The floor was clean and neat.

I went to the mens section. I search for their products and look for clothes. When I'm in a shirt area. I looked at the price of it and it was pricey. But the quality was good. It was cotton. The shirt was worth the price. I purchased a plain beige shirt, an anime shirt design with a color of black and white shirt with a statement design. I like the quality of the fabric!

Aside from that I also bought shorts. It's perfect for the shirt that I bought. Highly recommend this place.

Always a Great experience shopping at Kohl’s Harlem Irving Store. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Today the customer service person was very nice and so was cashier Kritzia who helped me navigate the Kohl’s app on my phone. The store was also very well stocked and clean.

Their pet selection is great! Love the winter jackets and sweaters. Bathrooms are typically clean, and checkout is fast as well.

Adrian was amazing. Adrian's customer service was above and beyond my expectations.
I am also happy that I found a puffy, short jacket with a hood.

Ken (at the Harlem & Irving Plaza location in Chicago / Norridge) is exemplary in his service, as he serves customers with his thorough knowledge and patience, and listening to and answering every question expertly. His friendly demeanor is a great compliment to the Kohl’s stores organization.

This was a great deal. I bought this at Kohl's on sale plus 40% daily deal coupon. It was a added bonus.. love, love , love, shopping here. I have been waiting for a great deal and I got it. Yes!! All the meals I posted where made in the air fryer.... yummy!

This location is fine. All Kohl's have a confusing layout and expensive prices, but they merged with Amazon for returns to they are winning!

*Edit - Update. I'm adding a star because of Joanne. Basically, she is the definition of a great store employee. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Joanne will be the reason I return to this store to make purchases and not just drop off Amazon returns.

Always a great place to shop.Lots of choices for plus sizes. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

The store was pretty open because they just opened. I had to return an Amazon purchase which was a quick and pleasant experience. The employees at this Kohl's are exceptional that includes the Amazon counter. They are always busy but pleasant and helpful. Always a sale! Fabulous quality! I love Kohl's!

Always something good at Kohl's. I went here to buy a new dress. The selection was really slim but I think that was due to all the supply shortages that are going on in the world right now other than that the staff was absolutely amazing they help me find what’s best dress on me. Kohl's overall is a decent store have great sales and great Clarence prices. I definitely enjoyed my visit and appreciated the help and the knowledge of the staff.

The store at Harlem and Irving is very clean, well organized and has friendly customer service representatives. And they have great sales.
