Casey's

Casey's has a lot of selections on pizza, coffee, iced coffee, iced tea, snacks, and a lot of stuff. They do have clean restrooms, ice machine, and an ATM inside. They do offer curbside pickup but no delivery. For some reason this location doesnt show up correctly on Google Maps & the Casey's App as it wasnt correctly set up. Service is quick & staff are friendly. One of the best things is that they sell Unleaded 88 which is 15% ethanol. No other gas stations in Piedmont sell anything with ethanol.

Clean and convenient. Amazing staff. I would give 5 if it wasn’t so HOT in there. Turn on the AC for your employees!!! 100%not okay to make them work in those conditions. They were a great staff on my visit. Top notch. But fix the AC!!!

Pay-at-the-pump wasn't working. No option but to pre-pay. Not convenient when you need to fill up. Fix yer stuff.

Ordered a taco pizza. When we got there the pizza it wasn't right so they made another. When we got home and opened the box there was more crust then pizza. Pretty disappointed. What toppings that were there was good, but not for the money. Got ripped off.

Everytime I go to this Casey’s in Piedmont and get gas there’s never any paper to get a receipt. They tell me that they’re down i’ve heard that story for a year. when I can hear them running and there’s no paper I have to go inside and get a receipt everytime. The other day I used my card to get gas and the pump wouldn’t work I tried it twice I went inside to tell the clerk that I needed gas he had to take his hood off his head and his EarPods out of his ears to hear me I went back out to pump gas didn’t work. I went back inside and told him the pump wasn’t working and I’d moved to another pump. I spent at least 30 minutes there , you need to have the pumps fixed or have the employees go outside once in a while and put paper in the pumps. I don’t need any apologies just results.

This place can't get their stuff together. Want gas? Good luck. About 50% percent of the time, pumps have bags on them. The rest of the time, credit card readers do not work. They always say "all their stores are having the same problem, it's a software issue." Not true. Never have issues at the other Casey's. Today, Sunday, we go to get some donuts for the family before church. They don't have any. It sucks because I would rather shop here than our other convenient stores. I've been forced lately to shop other places.

I hate stopping for gas here in the mornings. I would say the pumps are either down completely or the card authorization times out 50% of the time. Myself and multiple others had that issue this morning so I had to stop at OnCue on the way into work.

The staff always seems polite, but they seem to be consistently short staffed.

Also they removed E85 completely from the pumps last year. So now it's a few miles out of the way to get that.

Guess who's pumps were down again this morning? Once again, I filled up an OnCue instead. I don't know why I even bother trying Casey's anymore.

Ordered BBQ Brisket Pizza online. When I went to pick it up they told my phone number was bad and they were out of brisket. I asked if I could get a pineapple chicken pizza and the kid said yes if they had pineapple. They didn’t. So I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. I asked how long it would be and he said 15 mins. I told him I would be waiting in my car. I parked right outside of the front door. I checked online to make sure my phone number was correct and it was. Plus, I had no missed calls. About 5 minutes after I ordered the new pizza I saw the kid walk out of the building. I thought that was strange but maybe he was getting off work. So, when it’s been 15 minutes I go back inside to pick up the pizza. The girl working the register looked back in the kitchen after i told her I was picking up a pizza. Which she was present when I placed the order and heard the entire thing. She turns back around and tells me they are out of chicken now!!! And that the guy came out to tell me. Which he didn’t do. He just walked right passed my car and i never saw him go backside inside the building. Very frustrating

When they opened they were awesome. But the standard of quality has deteriorated so fast! The soda machines and iced coffee are frequently out or not working. The hot food bar is almost always bare. The lines at the registers are almost always at a 15min wait even during non busy times. Not to mention the few times I’ve come in to hear a lady screaming at one of the workers in the back. Sad how quickly this place went down hill.

This casey’s has taken me 50$ from me TWICE on my debit card for zero reason, i never even came into the store the day they randomly charged me. Makes no since why they keep taking my money. when i called to get my money back they were rude and did not help.

Came in today to get an iced coffee from the machine and as usual the iced coffee was out. It used to always be full when they first opened but they started slacking I guess. Then every now and then they started putting signs on the machine that it was out. They stopped doing that so now it’s a guessing game. I filled up a cup of ice and only a drop of iced coffee came out so I grabbed a bottle of iced coffee instead. Told the lady very politely that it would be nice if they put a sign up when the iced coffee is out and she said absolutely nothing, looked at me like she was annoyed and didn’t care and THEN charged me for the ice that I put in the cup to get iced coffee. 😂 She then got a phone call and answered it and didn’t as much say have a nice day or anything. I work at a gas station myself and would never treat a customer that way.

If only zero stars was an option takes 40 minutes to get a pizza in the oven when they said 15 minutes it will be ready then ignore me when I ask for a refund

Never have E85 and half the gas pumps your card don’t work in.
It’s been over a month since having any E85

The website says you can order sandwiches from this location but they didn’t have the sandwich ingredients. The said they’d never made sandwiches before. They didn’t have lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and the bread was dry!

It was on their website to order sandwiches but they are not worth it! Avoid!

Can not supply a safe work place for employees… dr.pepper off of the soda fountain isn’t right. Always out of somethin… this store has gone down hill quick.. if I could rate 0 stars I would
