AT&T Store

The staff was very friendly and helpful, hence my 5 stars. However, I came in to this location to turn in my modem as I have moved and the location that I am at now does not support AT&T. In the friendliest way possible the gentleman told me that I couldn’t turn it in at the store and had to take it to UPS instead. What an inconvenience to have to return a piece of equipment that you would think they would want back. So to the gentleman working that night; thank you for being so helpful and if I do end up with AT&T again I will go to this location.

Kyree and Jonathan made my experience an absolute breeze. Had to come 3 times for different services and every single time was met with A+ service and a dutiful attentive approach to solving my issues. This will be the only ATT store I will visit due to these gentlemen.

This store has always been great at what they do, conveniently located from my home and the employees are always helpful and courteous. But today I was blown away by the multi-tasking skills and exemplary customer service from Elijah. I went to ask about switching my husband over to my plan from Verizon and unfortunately I wasn’t armed with all the information needed to make that happen. He was the only one working that day but even so he was very patient with me in gathering the information and also professionally juggled helping other customers while I was getting the answers from Verizon that I needed to proceed. During the whole process he was friendly and professional and he must have successfully helped seven people during my visit there. My husband Ben finally got off work and arrived and armed with all the info we needed we sat down with Elijah and he was able to fully set up Ben’s phone in a matter of minutes and we left happily with a new phone. 10 out of 10 stars for Elijah at AT&T! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Savannah was absolutely awesome in helping us. She was extremely knowledgeable. The other employees were asking her questions and she knew everything.

Worked with David at this ATT store and was very pleased with how he handled all my questions and issues. He was very patient and helpful and helped me lower my bill. Can’t say enough nice things about him! Will definitely send friends his way!

My husband & I came into your store to purchase new cell phones & were helped by Brittany. She exceeded our expectations by driving to another store to pick up a phone that allowed us to take advantage of a special deal. She also helped us get our contact lists transferred to our new phones & my apps set up. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She is a great asset to your store.

Rarely in these times do you get service that’s honest, fair and courteous. My rep Earick was very knowledgeable about his product he didn’t have to sell just gave me options available and explained the benefits of each. Great job good meeting with him.

Angelo was great help! He was patient and determined with finding a solution for our issues. Even though we had several he fixed them all, would highly recommend this store as well as Angelo to help fix whatever problem you have!

Eric was the best as helped my son and I with getting a new phone and saved us money by switching plans. He is exceptional with customer service. Have used this store for 4 years and all employees are good but he is the best!

First things first, I’m not an AT&T customer, but if I ever switch, I’m coming to this store.

I stopped by here this weekend with my daughter to get some help with an Apple Watch and setting it up. She’s an AT&T customer.

The two guys there were extremely nice and professional, and were nice to my daughter too. Made me wish I got the watch from them and not at Target in Marsh Landing where they were immensely unfriendly.

They took down my number and offered to call me when the updates finished installing.

I had the best customer service experience with Earick. He was super patient and helpful. He made sure I had everything that I needed despite how close we were to closing. The store is clean. The employees are knowledgeable. The COVID-19 precautions the store has taken seem appropriate and effective. The manager Earick is a great guy who runs a tight ship. Johnathan was helpful as well. They did a great job helping me get a new phone in about 20 minutes. Go see them, they’re next to Publix.

We received great customer services from the two Att employees. The guided us through the upgrades to our iPhones and gave us information on how to save money on our monthly payment. In addition, we bought the att tv streaming service from them that will save us $50 a month compared to our old cable service. I completed the installation on the two steaming boxes this morning and it could not been more simple

David went above and beyond his actual job description in helping me with my phone questions and iCloud issues. Highly recommend this location for any AT&T needs. Ask for David for the best help around.
