This place didn't have the boots I wanted, so they looked them up and ordered them for me. No upcharge, and they were cheaper than any I found online. Love this place for boots, and pants.

Huge selection of boots for the whole family, a very nice selection of Hey Dude shoes, beautiful cowboy hats and the staff is always helpful. I have purchased many items from this store and the staff are always asking if I need help finding anything.

The only things I would improve on is a larger selection of kids clothes and more graphic tees for ladies.

Impressed with the service the young man that helped me made several suggestions. I was looking for a work shoe/boot he actually brought one over that I would not have even tried. Really didn’t like the looks of it. After trying them on and walking around the store while he made other suggestions. My feet and knees had no pain he steamed the shoes and I walked out with them on. Everyone was super helpful.

French’s has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere! Personal assistance and great western wear options with all ranges of prices to fit a variety of budgets! One of the friendliest places in town! Molly is an AMAZING manager who goes above and beyond with customers and treats them like they are dear friends! Amazing store. My toddler son was able to find his boots he wanted. Me on the other hand couldn't find my size anywhere. My husband's were out of stock/discontinued. Staff was very friendly

Well stocked and organized store with friendly staff.

They are very knowledgeable and will help you greatly. I almost gave up finding a pair of traditional boots but one of the guys came over, listened to what I had to say and showed me several options. I ended up but a pair of Tony llamas.

Sales associates are so friendly and attentive. The selection of boots is wonderful. I was like a kid in a candy store. Their markdown room has so many boots and shoes to select from. Great shopping experience .
