The customer service is excellent and the people who work in the Muskogee store are really nice and very knowledgeable. They know you by name. The manager works with her crew consistently. They are awesome. If you need a phone company I highly recommend Cricket in Muskogee.

Me and my mom went and Taynna got us both our phones within 30 minutes she really helped us and answered questions. She has very good customer skills very nice. I highly recommend her and this schedule. We also went in today and she helped my mother with her plan and just was very helpful all and all.

I went in to upgrade my phone I've had for 2 years. The man helping me was probably mid 20's-early 30's and he couldn't have been more helpful. I left with an awesome Lg Stylo 5, protective case and screen cover and couldn't be more satisfied. The atmosphere of this store was great as well as the customer service.
